Super easy to install, exactly what I wanted and the cost was great. The magnet works great. It isn’t just hooked on the vent fins, it disputes some of the phone weight so it’s not just using the fin and won’t break it. But it has a physical hook that hooks the fin then you tighten it gently after that. I also have a regular pop socket on my phone and it fits straight through the holder perfectly so I don’t have to remove it! It’s non intrusive, and shiny it looks sleek. Sturdy material, screw tightening device actually tightens the device to either a vertical or horizontal vent and holds it in place over bumpy roads. The holder sits away from the vent to allow for normal air flow. Magnet is strong so far. Buy it and prove me wrong:)

I have an iPhone 16 pro and s25 ultra with magsafe cases. They both stick extremely well to this mount, even on bumpy roads. The stand connects to the air vents and it's really sturdy to it. It even comes with a ring for non magsafe phones, but it doesn't stick as well to it vs a magnetic case. The only downsides is that you cant adjust your air vent with it blocking it, and it blows hot air on your phone which makes it slightly hotter, but not that big of a deal. I personally think I got my value for my money. Pros: Extremely strong magnets Fits well on car Very convenient to stick your phone on and take it off Alot of flexibility in rotating it Works better than expected Cons: You cant adjust your airvent Hot air can blow on your phone with the heat on The included magnetic ring for non magsafe phones is not that strong, but its usable ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I gave this little vent‑clip mount a shake‑down on a weekend road trip, and the first thing that impressed me was the magnet: it snaps an iPhone 16 into place with a satisfying thunk and never let go, even over pothole‑pocked backroads. The steel hook clamp feels more secure than the usual spring‑loaded claws I’ve tried, and installation took less than a minute—loosen the knob, slide the hook behind the vent blade, tighten until snug. Because the arm pushes the phone a few inches away from the louvers, I can still nudge plenty of air around the cabin and easily swivel the screen toward the driver’s seat without blocking the whole vent face. Living with it day‑to‑day, a few quirks surfaced. On rough pavement the phone bounces slightly more than mounts that park it flat against the vent, a trade‑off for that handy extension arm. And while the hook system is rock‑solid on horizontal or vertical slats, it’s a non‑starter for circular vents and anything thicker than about an eighth of an inch—worth double‑checking before you click “Buy Now.” I also discovered that pulling the phone straight off the magnet can yank the vent fin if you’re not gentle; sliding it sideways works much better and spares the plastic blades. Overall, though, this is the first MagSafe holder I’ve kept in place longer than a week. It frees up my cup holder, angles easily for navigation, and looks clean and low‑profile on the dash. At roughly thirteen bucks on sale, it punches well above its price class—just remember to pair it with a MagSafe case (or the included metal ring) if you’re rocking an older or non‑Apple device.
