This kit worked well for tidying up the outside of my mini split system. It comes with plenty of screws and the instructions are clear. What stood out is that they actually include guidance for installing the flexible section after the mini split is already in place. Most of the straight pieces can be added after the system is running without any trouble, but the flex piece usually needs to be cut lengthwise for a retrofit, so having specific instructions for that is helpful. I ended up not needing the flex section, but it’s nice that it’s included. Cutting the straight sections to length was simple. I used the saw I already had and the couplings hide small imperfections, so you don’t have to be perfect. The pieces snap together securely and the channels are wide enough to handle the usual bundle of refrigerant lines, drain hose, and wiring. The material is listed as paintable, and the surface looks like it will take paint well. I haven’t painted mine yet, but I plan to match it to the siding. Overall, it’s a straightforward and inexpensive way to clean up the look of a mini split install. Once everything is clipped together, it looks much more finished.

It worked for me but I had to fight it to fit the copper lines of a mr cool DIY 18k. If the material were 1mm thicker it would hold up better to the snugness and unruly nature of the tubing and insulation. Wish I got a beefier 4in instead.

Not a terrible line set cover kit Also not the best I've seen. I've used quite a bit of different manufacturer's kits trying to find a good balance This is decent enough for a short run because it only comes in two foot sections so if you're gonna do a longer run where you have to order several kits I would not recommend this I would try to find one that has longer straight pieces because you're going to have a bunch of joints and it just doesn't look as good as longer runs per section. The thickness is pretty much on par with a cheaper value style mindset covers. You can't beat the price point though so you can't complain too much because they are cheaper than any of the other ones that I've used in the past by maybe 10% or more for justice a short run for maybe your shed or a man cave it'd be all right For an upper end house I would look for a different kit though. For somebody who's mostly concerned about price and getting a good deal I would say this is the way to go and it's easy enough to snap the pieces together

Worked Great with my 12 feet of Copper Lines. I ended up using every piece except for the duct end and one of the 90 degree elbows. The 2 inches of duct I needed to cut off 1 section cut easily with a hacksaw and I modified the bottom of the the 90 degree bend, to create a port for the water drain line with a utility knife and dremel tool. It was easy to install and only the couplings needed screws. No need to put screws through the straight ducts to secure it to the wall. The Flexible duct I installed while torque'ing down my line connections. Everything else was installed while pulling a vacuum. Since the flexible duct needs to be cut to install or remove. The majority of line sets I see done are exposed exterior line sets just wrapped with UV tape. But the lineset covers do a great job hiding and protecting your lines and cleaning everything up, As well as fastening them against the wall For me its a must have. It also works great to hide a piece of line in the interior whether youre running your lines down to the floor or mounting the air handler on an interior wall and need run the lines to an exterior wall. (Interior picture is just me admiring someone else's work) This product was just what I needed. Looking over other lineset covers, they didnt include enough pieces or they wanted you to buy individual pieces. Here it came with every piece I needed at a great price.

I've actually installed a few of these before this one, one on a rental property, one at our church's hall, and one on a small secondary house on our property. This one installed just as easily as the others, yet at a cheaper price point, with all of the same parts bells and whistles. The coloration of the material is a nice neutral, ivory white (not too bluish or that dirtier looking "antique" white), which works well with our vinyl siding's white trim/moldings. As always, these cover kits really clean up the look of those linesets, as they run from the indoor evaporator, to the outside condenser. In this particular installation, I only had to run 8', so the 10' long kit was sufficient. The plastic components showed no signs of stress under pressure during assembly, so durability is no problem. Recommended.

This is a pretty nice line cover set. It's got plenty of room inside what appears to be roughly 2.5 x 3.5 - in ducting and about 10 feet split into 2 foot lengths with plenty of connectors for various turns and building entry needs. The ducts themselves are fairly flexible and snap together pretty securely in one direction, while the connectors take care of both securing them from sliding apart and attaching them to the building. It's a great little system that should keep all of your lines out of the weather and protected.
