I cannot say enough good things about this printer! I ordered it back in June '23 to print custom labels for our military move because, you know, things get lost with military movers, and it was so easy to use! I made custom circle labels on Canva and printed them with ease! It wasn't until recently, when I sat down to print a return label for my husband that I realized that there is software, Labelife, for it, and that was a game changer for me! If I had actually read the instructions I would have known about the software long before. The ease of inputting a few numbers for the label size and voila, it is ready to go! Being able to adjust the input paper size for the different size thermal labels is so convenient as I can make custom black and white stickers to attach to our Christmas cards this year!

The printer works very well. Mine had a bit of difficulty printing shipping labels from Etsy. But, I contacted their tech support and they fixed it. They gave me well-written, easy-to-follow instructions for changing a setting. Voila! Problem solved. I am very pleased.

DONT BUY! It doesn’t work! Unfortunately I didn’t test it out within the return time frame so I can’t return it but I went to use it for the first time today (I bought it March 1st, 2024) and it kept giving me the red flashing light. Then it would go solid blue which means it’s good to print and as soon as I pressed print on the app it would feed the paper and then stop! It wouldn’t even start printing! It just started flashing red again! It takes so long to set it up too! It’s a waste of time and money! Don’t buy it!

I made an error when ordering this printer because I didn't realize I couldn't use it with my phone. The company did everything they could to help be get set up with the right printer although it was my own error. I am so grateful for great customer service!

Love my printer! I use it for my e-commerce store. I only slight issue is that I have to be very careful with how I insert the labels. If you insert the labels a little bit crooked then the print job will come out a little crooked. Other than that, no complaints.

The media could not be loaded. I own a small Cottage Bakery from my home. Foe food safety I enclose product labels with ingredients information for all my flavors. After spending $500 for custom labels from a company and not being able to get them as soon as I need them I knew I needed a better alternative. This thermal printer is a life (and money) saver!! I am preparing for an event with 1000 cookies and each one needs a label. I was able to print all 1000 in less than an hour for a fraction of what it cost me to order them! I’m so excited to do more with my little thermal printer! Thank you!!
