The media could not be loaded. Size, Design, Compact; Love this mini thermal printer, it is so small (about 3”x3”x2.5”) which makes it great to transport and just throw in your backpack, pocket or purse and take with you, also love the color (got the pink with white). Mine came with the printer, charging cable, and 3 rolls of paper (2 sticker rolls green and purple, and 1 white paper roll), & quick start guide. Quality, Speed, Functionality; The quality of the prints is good as long as your photos or designs chosen to print are clear, this is the same with many thermal printers as they do not use ink. The speed of printing is decent, would he nice if it was faster bit it’s acceptable. So far, I have not encountered an issue with any prints so far and I’ve had it since the beginning of the year in February. I feel that this gadget can be utilized for many different projects (i.e, stickers, photos, receipts, mini coloring sheets, sticky notes, notes, etc) just to name a few. Conclusion: All in all, I think it’s a great mini thermal printer to have and I would definitely recommend it! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The Phomemo family has been a game changer for my creative projects and organizational needs! I also bought a Phomemo D30 Label Maker more than a year ago and it has been super helpful. I love it. This compact, lightweight sticker printer is incredibly easy to use and delivers excellent results without the need for ink. It’s a great addition for me. My kids are already loving it. Highlights: 1. Portability: The small size makes it perfect for carrying in. It’s ideal for on-the-go use. 2. Inkless Technology: I love that it doesn’t require ink cartridges, which saves money. 3. User-Friendly App: The Phomemo app offers customization options for stickers, labels, etc. 4. Battery Life: The battery lasts a long time, and it charges quickly with an usb-c port. The print quality is excellent, and the variety of sticker papers available adds a nice touch of creativity. Other feature that I love for this brand is that there is not waste of paper. Previous to my Phomemo I had 2 Brother label makers but the cartridges are expensive, plus when you print the label there is a lot of blank space waste, even if you put the margin in the minimum. I wasn’t sure if I really needed a mini printer, but now I can’t live without it! It’s tiny, super portable, and completely ink-free, which makes it so easy to use. I mostly print study notes, reminders, and fun stickers for my journal, and I love how clear the prints come out. One of my favorite things is that it comes with different colored paper rolls, so I can switch things up depending on my mood. The app is super easy to use, and connecting via Bluetooth was a breeze. This is an easy at home print. However, finding which option I liked from the choices was frustrating. I wished there were more choices. For alignment, it is very limited to how you can move the text from the choices picked. Uploading my own image, seemed like more work than I wanted to put in. Once we did a few tester images. We got one we liked. The stickers hold up well and worked out great for me to label my honey. However, the rolls are very small and you will go through them very fast. Overall, It does its job. I was hoping for more. I will use the rest of the tape I bought, but probably won't order refills. ... show more

The printer is very compact, lightweight, and app is pretty easy to go through. It was fairly quick to install app and connect printer. I did not need to print QR code to connect printer and was excited to use but nothing actually prints. I read the manual it comes with and it offers no solution so I Googled it and tried to troubleshoot it (check it is charged, connected, roll of paper is set up correctly... etc). Nothing worked so I finally used the reset button to reset. Once again, connected the printer and still nothing. I clicked the power button twice to print the QR code just to make sure something would print and that worked, but other than that, I cannot print anything using the app. I tried text, images, and even a small document, but nothing. I am highly disappointed. I was hoping to be able to print out small worksheets for my daughter to study, but it rendered useless. Probably will return and try another brand. I usually go with the "best seller" option, but it just doesn't work. If it had worked, I'd even say the price is fair. ... show more
