I could not be happier, I needed 260 custom labels made for wedding favors and was worried about how cheap this label maker was. Super easy to to use, will pair to your phone or link to your computer I had 260 labels printed and ready to go after 10 minutes of unboxing it. For reference I was printing roughly 1.5x2.5” labels and print quality was very good, fast and consistent. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Works great does have some "subscription features" but you don't need a subscription to print or make labels. Can include photos , barcodes text etc for free. I've used it to print hundreds of labels for a store so far and it works great. Easy to use, picture quality is great and the rolls last a while it being a thermal printer means no ink witch is great for commerical use or just around the house.

The setup was surprisingly simple. It connected via Bluetooth almost instantly, and I didn't have to fight with any complicated network settings. Print Quality: For a thermal printer, the quality is very sharp. I haven't even used the built-in templates yet because the app makes it so easy to upload your own images and files directly. Performance: It’s fast. However, I did notice it's best to print in smaller batches. I usually stick to 10 labels at a time to ensure the print head doesn't overheat. While it only prints in black and white, the flexibility to add your own graphics makes it great for custom logos.

Nice little printer I just wish it had a cut function instead of the serration. ** the battery life is outstanding I haven’t charged this thing in over a year and it sat in my storage from October till march and I’ve used it about 30 times in the last few months often forgetting to power it down and the darn thing is still showing full battery on the display!!!! . Feels well made and I like the styling design characteristics, clean and simple. I bought this back in 2023 when these type of printers were available mainly online and it was the most affordably priced one with the best overall functionality. Now you can find similar looking printers at Walmart. I print mainly labels and barcodes and the print quality is clear and solid. I’ve never tried to print an image so I can’t say how good it is for printing high resolution photo type images. It’s great for my needs and I would recommend this printer for someone looking for ease of use and simplicity. Great for bar codes, labeling and receipts

This is amazing 🤩 at first I was nervous because the free paper roll comes preloaded, so I was worried when I didn't see a roll in the package! I opened it, which is super easy to do...I won't lie I did not read the instructions( I rarely do if a product just makes sense) I took off the protective tape and fed the first sheet through. The connection was seamless and it works with my USB-C charger...I'm not recommending you charge it like your phone, but again I do what I want😅 and it was convenient in the moment, BUT it came fully charged so I just was testing to ensure any Usb-C cord would work in a tight moment. I will advise that the free roll is small and the dimensions are 1.57x1.18inch or 40 x 30mm, those conversions have been getting me on my search for colorful shiny printer paper! They do have a website that allows you to search better for the papers that are compatible with your printer. I'm using mine for my small business and it's given me a boost of life to hold this pink little sturdy printer in my hands. It solidifies my identity as Creator! Thank you and I definitely recommend this device, the app is called Print Master on the play store. I installed it before it arrived and made a few designs on there which was what made me aware of even more different paper options, but I am unable to locate those designs on Amazon. It is definitely quiet and quick, the Bluetooth pairing was seamless and the printer displays it's ID so when you input your model, you don't have to go searching tiny stickers for secret codes. I am so excited for more! Have fun many blessings and abundance to all who come across this message 🩷 <3 I came back to add, the two brands of sticker labels I ordered are compatible! This means this brand is very user friendly and offers you and even wider range for what will work for the printer. I do still intend to shop from the direct site, but in a penny pinch, you can definitely grab the labels 2"x2" if that's what you need! I am in LOVE with my little pink printer!

OK, so I bought this printer because I needed something for my small baking business and I needed ingredient labels. I like that it's a thermal printer -- no ink. And frankly, I liked it because it's cute and girlie and the reviews I read said it was very easy to use. It's not as easy as I would have liked and you don't get a lot of instructions for use with it. I had to call the company to get help with getting it to do what I need. It still isn't perfect but I CAN print labels on it. I still haven't been able to save labels on it or get it to format exactly like I want, but it's useable. I just wish it came with more instructions, that are easy to understand.
