So far so good! Just got this 2 days ago! The printing is amazing! Super easy to hook up to blue tooth! My laptop took a little longer, but that was my bad! The instructions were in the app! Printing from my laptop with this printer reminds me of the Lazer printers! First page take a little time to start printing, but the rest come faster! No delay with bluetooth! Very small and compact! If you travel for business, this would be great! Wish I had this when I was working! ... show more

Ya know, this printer isn't bad. I used to manage an engineering office and we had all kinds/sizes of printers that could do all kinds of stuff, but now that I'm retired I just wanted a printer that didn't have toner that dried out for the weeks on end I don't print anything. The print quality is good (not great), the texture of the printer-specific paper is good, not great. But for the price it's really quite effective, for (again) the few times a year I need print stuff out. Things to know: 1. Order separate paper for it. The included paper is rolled up inside the box and that leaves lines in the pages 2. Their customer support is excellent. I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't print after the drivers were installed and the guy walked me through it, got it up and running in no time 3. It prints only one page at a time. So don't purchase if you want to do big jobs (or small ones, frequently) 4. Sadly I have to edit this review (downward). All of what I said above was true, but there's a problem with the printer that comes from the technology, not the quality of this particular device. After having it in my home for 24 hours, I've discovered that the thermal paper outgasses foul chemicals. I'm very sensitive to this problem because of health issues, so it's probably a deal breaker for me. I'm trying out storing the paper in a sealed container to see if that's enough to contain the problem, but it's important to consider before you buy. ... show more

Update…… This thing is glitchy as can be. It doesn’t work two times in a row at the same time. Today on the 15th attempt to print it I thought OK it’s just not gonna print. 10 minutes later a single print comes out! This thing is just a mess. The install was OK. I am a tech person so I was able to figure it out installing it on windows. But the directions provided did not appear as they did in the quick guide. Eventually, I figured it out. The quality of the print is OK. I have another one of these for my iPhone that prints much much nicer than this one, but it doesn’t have a Windows so I tried out this one. I’ll probably keep it because I only have to print a few things from my PC but if you print from your PC often this is not a printer for you. The graphics even on the high setting don’t look very good. You can see the picture that’s medium quality. I put it on the next highest the only highest which is dark or something and it was still just OK. The paper that comes with it is me. My other one came with four rolls of paper! This one came with 10 sheets that were all wrinkled up increased vertically as you can see in the picture there’s no way to straighten this out. Look for a different printer this is not the one. Kind of looking at this. I’ll probably send this back. just really low quality print and the paper that came with it. You can’t even use because it’s all wrinkled up and rolled up. My paper that came on a roll for the other printer is at least smooth. This paper literally has about 15 vertical creases in it and it curls up and it’s just really cheap paper. ... show more

The print quality is very good , as good as any ink jet printer . Paper is a bit thin but does the job . Easy to use and set up was simple . You just follow the instructions and prompts .
