Great taste! Melts great- but not in the microwave- if you are having issues with it melting too thick- melt it over a double boiler- the microwave is too hot even on defrost mode. I am very happy with how easily this chocolate melts with and without heavy cream. It also takes gel color very well and makes a great ganache. The texture is on point . Definitely easy to use.

This chocolate melted wonderfully. It’s easy to use, delicious in taste, and works well with plastic or silicone molds. It was packaged wonderfully & well done. There was no damaged chocolates.

These were slow to melt and even on an even heat of my chocolate melting pot these seized and would not met smooth. I would not purchase again.

I ended up ordering more chocolate than I needed but overall great for what I needed it for ! I have a ton left over that I put in the freezer for future projects. Packaged great none was melted . Would buy again
