Fantastic product. Setup is easy, and the device simply WORKS. I especially like that it keeps extensive history, requiring NO subscription fee of any kind. Great resolution. Battery charge lasts for several months. This is just a fantastic doorbell camera unit. We also have one on our second home, and on my mother-in-law's home. All three doors are easiily monitored from the same app. It's hard to imagine life without this very useful doorbell camera.

I really like this dual cam 2K video doorbell, which has no monthly subscription fee and still offers all the features available to the user. The 8GB local storage allows me to store and view recorded clips for a few months. I didn't hardwire it due to the existing location of my doorbell button, so I used the battery option to place it in a more desirable location on my front door. The 10,000 mah battery does last a long time. On a full charge, it lasts about 6 months for me. However, I do try to minimize too many notifications and false alerts with Detection Zones and Low/Medium Sensitivity. The Philips Home Access app is very easy to use with a nice, modern UI. There's an option to share device access with family members. Setup was quick and easy with the included Wifi chime, which could be very loud on Max volume. I have been using this video doorbell for over 6 month without any issues. Sometimes there is a problem viewing the Live video feed or recorded clips, but this is a common issue I've seen with other video doorbells as well. In summary, I love the dual cam, long-lasting battery, and local video storage. I recommended it to a friend who also loved it.

Great camera. Good sound and video quality. Philips has a cloud server service just not for the outdoor camera, which is limiting. The internal storage is great.

For the price you pay, I am not entirely sure this is worth the price. The setup process is not too bad. There is no expandable memory so you have to utilize whatever memory is built in which is only 8 gb and when recording at high resolution, that memory fills up very quickly which is a bit disappointing. You expect for the price it either has higher memory or expandable memory. The camera quality could be better. Yes the camera does record at a very low FPS and the sound recording is off as well which is annoying. It is nice that you are able to see the person as well as the lower view in case you are trying to see if there is a package. You also have a moveable "ring" device that you can place anywhere in the house to give you the best range of sound. No syncing is required in the setup the camera. You may be required to drill for installation and it is pretty secure. You can either utilize the doorbell outlet if it is already installed to power the device or the battery. The application is okay. It does have the notification system to notify you when the sensor is set off and you can view the video or download it from the application. You can also delete videos as needed. The picture quality is okay but there is delay on the recording sound as well as low fps so it is not the clearest video. It does have night vision and motion sensor in order to save space on the video recording which is a must considering you only get 8 gb. It will only record when it detects motion and you are able to adjust the sensitivity. Be aware that the device is not able to move the camera. The battery life is okay on this. It does not consume too much power and the battery life on this is not too bad. I have had it for a few months now and I just needed to recharge it although I did do an overnight charge before installing it. It is waterproof all the way around but it is super easy to notice dirt build up over the lens so make sure you wipe it down every so often. You are able to speak through this as needed. The voice quality is okay but it can sound static like. The app setup is not too hard. You are able to connect to it your home network as to allow you to view the camera anywhere. You want to be a few feet away from any object and not have something directly next to this. All the mounting screws are provided but you may need a hammer drill to drill a proper hole. There are anchors so you are able to easily mount this pretty much anywhere. The sound is pretty loud when you ring the doorbell. Overall I think the video quality could be better for something you are paying a high price for. It records but there is a sound lag for some reason. The FPS is really low so everything does not feel as smooth as it should. The ring is pretty loud and this is pretty easy to install. The battery life is not bad lasting about 3 months. I just wish the device has more memory as well so I can have footage longer rather than having it deleted.

Excellent ring camare, work really it sonly one problem that the ring disconnects from my phone and I can’t re-connect for some reason it’s not letting but mad my WiFi and my mom phone they have it but beside of that the security camare it’s good, the video are en good quality and condition no lag
