When I say I covered my pool 'by myself' I mean using these clamps, of course. The little rubber feet do slide off somewhat easy, but they go back on just as easy. Definitely not a deal breaker. If I find myself in a situation where they CANNOT come off for some reason, I will use a little glue. No big deal. Love the strength of the clamps. Between my pool and RV, plenty of uses around here.

These worked perfectly for the job I needed them for, and the price is good. They appeared sturdy for my project, which was clipping a screen tightly to the top over a big 65 gal bucket for a make shift reptile tank, but if you're worried about damaging what you are clipping them too, then they will not be good to use because the rubber tips themselves aren't sturdy, and they fall off. I do recommend them as long as they are right for the project you need them for.

I used these to help hold down my Winter pool cover for my above ground pool. It helps from the wind pulling up the cover. I ordered 2 sets for a 27x52 pool. They stay on and are easy to use.

These are surprisingly sturdy, with soft rubber tips. Yes, the tips do slip off as mentioned in other reviews, but they're super easy to put back on and even glue on if needed. We used these to clamp tarps to a metal bar and wanted clamps without metal teeth to possibly tear the tarps. These worked perfectly. Very strong and effective.

I’ve ordered a bunch of clamps off amazon and all of them were super weak and/or broke quickly. These are great. Just be careful the little rubber parts don’t fall off (they fall off easily)
