The bike has a matte look which is sharp The basket is made well. It does state rear passenger seat but I don't think it is I think it's a luggage rack for backpack or bag to be tied down too no foot pegs for 2nd person to rest feet on. Extremely disappointed in less than 5 months the battery stop working completely. To replace the battery cost the $500. The customer services does not respond to your request even though you comply with their emails. You should not have to fight for the warranty you paid for. Good news is it was easy to put together and all the tools were included. Initially I thought the battery was on arrival. I had to contact support to find out you cannot use the battery while it's plugged in. Also there is a second power switch by the right thumb on the handlebar.
