4 3/4 stars: I'm a 70 year old woman in reasonable health, about 180lbs and 5' 8". This bike is the biggest and heaviest that I would want to hold up but is comfortable for me. I really like it. I thought long and hard about an online purchase of something like this but am very glad I made the decision to go with this bike. It is really sturdy, fast and powerful, easy to assemble, and is a great price for what you are getting. The only downside I have found in the design of this bike is that the back rack is impossible to find a metal bike basket or a pannier bag that will work with the wide sides of the fender/rack. I have purchased and returned 4 so far trying to find something, and the company has no accessories for this newest model bike yet. I wanted something that looked as slick as my bike but will end up having to rig something homemade to have any carrying capacity. Other then that minor disappointment, I like my bike a lot.

This EUY electric bike has been a great purchase and mode of transportation. The battery lasts a long time, at least around our small town. It is powerful enough to go up a rather steep hill where I work, but I do wish the brakes were better! I crashed the 1st time I tried to go down the steep hill (got going too fast, tried/failed to slow down, crashed into trees). Now, I go up the steep hill to get to work since it’s faster, and I go down the longer less steep hill to get home. Lesson learned, just so you know. This bike is very comfortable, and has a rear brake light/tail light, and a front headlight. Also, the manufacturer was very responsive to an initial problem I had with this bike. The bike was dead on arrival, and showed an error code on the screen, but they identified the solution immediately and sent a new throttle cable ASAP. I had to replace the throttle mechanism myself. A local bike shop did it for five bucks, and all he used was an air compressor and had it done in 30 seconds. I could have returned the bike and got a new one I guess. But the company was so responsive and I could tell it was a quality bike, so I figured it was best to work with them and I’m happy I did. This bike has been great, but I do have to take off a star for the weak brakes.

Ordered two of these which were shipped to the house a few days after the order was placed. Packaging was excellent and the bikes arrived intact. Assembly took 20 minutes or so a piece. Quality appears to be pretty good for the $700 price point. I was surprised to see shimano drivetrain and the display monitor is really impressive for the price. The display is bright clear and easy to navigate and the controls are simple to use. The mechanical disk brakes and front suspension is decent at best, however they function as you would expect at this price point. The bike has 5 modes and can easily be adjusted to suit all skill levels. As others have mentioned, they do 30mph effortlessly. There are many similar bikes out there but I felt these were better looking and a better value considering the price of the others. Overall I’m pleased with this purchase and will update this review after a few months. UPDATE - many rides over the last few months and they are still working flawlessly. Very pleased with this purchase. Really impressed with the battery life. Overall great purchase.

Absolutely love this bike. And the customer service is legendary! I accidentally stripped the crank arm threads. One email and not only did they send me a new crank arm, they included all the tools I needed. And all for free!!! The bike is wonderful. Easy to put together, rugged on the trails and smooth on pavement. Definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. My daughter loved it. We live up a very steep hill and the bike easily took her and the beagle up the hill with no problem. My daughter is 184lbs and the beagle is 30lbs. My daughter is 5'4 tall. I also ride the bike and it was great. I am 5'6 tall and 200lbs. Loved it. Im going to get one for me as well. Putting the bike together was a little frustrated for my daughter, but I was able to help and it came out really good.
