Long lasting battery, easy set up, great value for your money, comfortable, has lights to ride at night, loud horn, we think it’s safe for our daughter to ride. We recently had to contact customer service and they have been so helpful. We were able to troubleshoot our problem and come to resolution. They respond quickly and in real time. The bike comes with a 360 day warranty and we need a new instrument panel and they’ve been so helpful in getting us a new one. Once it arrives and we set it up I’ll add to this review. So far 5 stars for their customer service!

I bought this bike for my 14 year old daughter. She's been ridding it for 3 days now and has no complaints..and that's saying alot coming from her..lol..very easy to assemble if you can use simple tools...even come with a cheap set of everything you need but,I would recommend using better tools if have them...battery life is fine for what she does,seat is just big enough to fit two so you can put the towing peggs it comes with to some use..power is nice and as advertised..I do like how yout able to accelerate while youe turn..my son's will not accelerate while you have the wheel turned more than just a little...seat is comfortable,good and padded..quality overall..so far so good...see how it holds up..

Was great bike until display got code locked. No one set it but it’s completely locked. Have contacted store, they don’t have a replacement display so I bought one off of the link on the instruction manual that comes with the bike. Never got it. Doesn’t even have a phone number. Got one email about received order in Hong Kong. Took the money, it’s been a month and half. No display, they stopped answering any communication. The store the bike was bought from will not help me get another display! Bike is only 5 months old and has been extremely taken care of. But now it’s worthless if the display is locked up. If the store can’t get another display, they should replace the bike!

I bought this thinking, “Nice, I’ll get some exercise.” What I got instead: A rocket with pedals A new personality The sudden urge to say “hold on, let me show you something” This thing has a 2000W peak motor and can hit around 32 MPH, which is basically jogging… if jogging meant teleporting First ride: Gently tapped the throttle Bike said “we don’t do gentle here” I reconsidered my entire life insurance situation Assembly: Surprisingly easy Came mostly pre-assembled (thank you 🙏) I finished it and immediately felt like a certified mechanic And riding it? Absolutely ridiculous in the best way. The fat tires and suspension make it smooth over bumps, dirt, gravel—basically anything except my bad decisions Things I’ve noticed: Hills? Not real anymore Wind? Constant companion Me? Smiling like an idiot the entire time Unexpected side effects: Neighbors staring as I casually zoom by Saying “it’s technically still a bike” to justify everything Friends suddenly wanting to “try it real quick” (they won’t give it back) Also: Has multiple riding modes, so you can pretend you’re being responsible LCD display makes you feel like you’re piloting something important Final verdict: If you want something easy to assemble, insanely fun to ride, and slightly dangerous to your ego… this thing delivers. This is not just a bike. This is a personality upgrade with wheels.

This is the 20" wheel 1500w likebike UM1/U12. It seems like a solid little bike. The instructions were less than optimal translations and the photos were of a different bike with different hardware. This caused some confusion. The kickstand was not compatible with the mounting bracket without a good bit of trimming with a metal grinder. Lastly, the hydraulic break up front barely touched the break disk when compressed all the way to the handle. Never got it on the road. Could be good, but a bit of a mess. I contacted the seller with a proposed solution (bleed the line) but they just pointed me back to Amazon with no further discussion. We're working through the return process now.

Wasn't sure about getting an electric bike at all but I love this thing I drive it all over my town and some of the back roads I just wish the battery lasted longer I have a big one but would love to have a bigger one if it was more affordable but don't be afraid of this bike it's awesome the only thing is the seat is made kind of wide and may hurt your legs at least it does mine but this little bike is awesome
