Haven't needed customer service yet but took a gamble and 4 days in so far its great. Easy clear assembly instructions extra brake pads included been riding a few hours each day around the neighborhood and still haven't needed to charge it. Do yourself a favor and put the spare brake pads on during assembly and pinch the brake to the rotor and hold it while tightening the caliper in place. Helps 100% with brake noise which would have been my only complaint but thats solved doing it that way. Also the suspension comes all the way out so make sure to adjust that and chain before riding. This thing is powerful as heck I had 75 on the speedo and still had room to go but will GPS it and update it later. Will update in a month or so.
