I knew it was a cooler rather than a fridge, so I didn’t mind when its temperature wasn’t that cold. I followed all the directions on the user manual clearly and cleaned out the fridge every time condensation happened. I made sure the fan and the sides were not filled with dust and checked over it repeatedly! I gave it ample room for air in case overheating could happen etc etc My mother was using it to store her liquidated medicine and it suddenly stopped working. I checked everything—from the wire to the controls. Absolutely awful. I can’t believe I wasted my money on this garbage and end up with this even after careful maintenance. Do NOT buy this cooler. You’re better off spending extra if it means the fridge work well. EDIT: After I left this review the company promptly reached back to me and offered a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised and received the package in a very short time! Will definitely reach back to this company and their products just from the amazing customer service! ... show more

i ordered this cooler on August 1st of 2023, after renal transplant for medication to avoid my stairs, i noticed it not working properly in November 2023, made sure the fans as well as any other parts were free from dust, i have checked it at least three times a week, still not cooling. would not order again. lasted about 3 months ... show more

I bought 2 of these for my kids for Christmas. My Daughter keeps some beauty items in hers and my son uses his for drinks. These have been working great and the kids love to have their own fridge in their rooms. The only possible cons are no temperature control, it is what it is. Not quite as cold as we keep our standard kitchen fridge, but this is not a big deal in our case. The fan noise is noticeable, like a small computer or laptop fan. It's not an issue in our case, but depending on where you were keeping it (next to your bedside pillow for example) it might be something to consider. Good product with great portability. I bought this for my office... I didn't need a big mini frig, so I thought this would do the trick. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. You can't hear it at all and it keeps cool well. Since there's no freezer section, no need to worry about ice build-up either. My main issue is that there's no temperature control. I really only use this for drinks and this leaves them more "cool" than "cold." It's the temperature where you might get a drink out of the refrigerator and let it set on your desk about 30 minutes before you open it... that temperature. I also wish it was just a tad taller. Zero chance to fit a 12oz plastic drink bottle. If you put a can of soda upright and another can on top of it laying down, that's the MAX height of the inside (it's pretty tight). ... show more

Update: The seller responded to my review quickly and sent me a replacement. The replacement is currently working well. I bought this January 9. It stopped working on February 8. I used it for the heating to keep my coffee warm during school hours, Mon-Friday. It worked GREAT until it didn't. I'm so disappointed. I had a different brand that lasted 3 years. Altho it appears to be as advertised, it's not whisper quiet. It has a slight hum to it that seems ok so far. Also, it does get cold, but it doesn't get super cold. I keep refreshments in mine but added a small icepack.
