I love the practical way that this sink is made. If you still do some dishes by hand, this is the ticket. With the divider going up half way, it is deep enough to do your dishes while also having room for a big pan to stretch across. The faucet is the best I have ever owned! Being high, it is easy to get big pans under, and the sprayer works very well for rinsing dishes and cleaning out the sink. I also like these strainers better than others I have owned in the past. They stop the sink with just a push, no turning, and are easy to clean out.

Very nice looking sink basin and wonderful faucet. There are some issues however. I would not recommend this product for the following reasons. Upon receiving the package, it is a beautiful sink basin, very heavy and sturdy. So far so good. I hired a professional plumber to install and he had the job done in about 3 hours. All good. However, the sink doesn't drain properly leaving water pooling in one part of the sink. So I call the Kraus who answered promptly and I said "my sink collects water". The lady immediately responded and said "it must be a stainless steel sink" I said yes, and she said, call the plumber back and have him lower the plumbing. So I did that. Didn't fix the issue. I then decided to check the leveling of my counter tops, which indicated the counter tops were not level. Okay. That's my issue (and not an issue with the sink) I assumed. So I called in a contractor and had them level the counter top. Okay, now I'm done. Nope. Listen up folks, here is the issue - the sink drains slowly. When a sink drains slowly, it's going to leave food in all the corners left behind. Fair enough. So I went back to amazon and bought a stainless steel squeegee, that I need to use after every time the sink is used. Cannot recommend the product - look elsewhere. Not sure why a sink would be engineered to drain slowly. Maybe I am just used to old school sinks that work properly. To be clear my sink is level / proper plumbing / professionally installed. 3 stars.

I really love how beautiful this sink is! Pros: Large enough to clean biggest pots and pans; the rack keeps things from sitting directly on the stainless steel preventing stains or rust; cutout for soap dispenser (purchase separately); lays flat next to tile countertop; sprayer has two types of spray; warranty was lifetime I believe. Cons: When they say use a soft cloth to clean sink - use a soft cloth !!!! It’s hard to capture in the photo bc the steel is reflecting what’s around it but I put scratches in the stainless steel right away by not heeding this advice. I am now using a cloth diaper to clean it. Do Not Use Microfiber!!! Care: Manufacturer suggest Bio-clean to clean sink (got on Amazon). Can use a light bleach solution once a week to sterilize and rinse a lot. The plumber also installed a garbage disposer for us and it was all done in 2 hours. Hope this helps you decide!
