The first thing I like is that it rotates & blows the heat around the room. It has a narrow profile & does not take up a great deal of space. Second it blows out a gentle heat. It does not immediately heat the entire room, but once it does you may have to turn the temp down. I have a 18x18 room & it heats it well. It also can act as just a fan without the heat activated. This fan feature I did not realize till I figured out on my own. The cord stays cool. I have had other electric room heaters that have literally melted the outlet and tripped the breaker. My biggest complaint lays with the instructions of the controls, especially the remote control. The instructions were not very clear & I had to figure them out on my own. The temp here at this time of year in OCT. has been falling in the mid 40 degree F. and so far it heats well for me. I will have to see how it does when the temp falls to below freezing. ... show more

We have had this heater for almost 4 years now, and it works so well! As we hear our home with wood, we bought it to keep our baby's room warm on winter nights. We love it, and have had no problems with it. We've found that the numbers on the top don't really coincide super accurately with the actual temperature, but that 67 on the heater means it will keep it about 71-72 degrees in the room. I bought this heater after googling “ best area heaters”. There was a list of ten. I have purchased tower heaters the last 5-6 years, good heat, bad noise and as they got old a smell. I wanted a new brand and this heater is perfect, small, compact tower, I bought the white and it is esthetically appealing. Turned it on and works perfectly. There was no installation. Adjusting heat level is easy peasy as was turning on oscillation. I have only had it several days, but because I have had ceramic towers before, I am gobsmacked at how much I like this new heater. I’ve only had the heater for a couple of weeks , but so far I’m very impressed. Very user friendly , buttons clearly marked. Temperature regulation is very specific and easy to use. Very good design - the buttons and temperature markings are on the top , so very easy to read ( my previous heater had the buttons on the front , so had to bend forward to read).
