I was a bit skeptical about a bed-in-a-box at first, but this thing blew my mind. It is easy to open and expanded perfectly very quickly with zero weird chemical smells. The cooling technology is the real deal—I used to wake up sweating like crazy, but this keeps me perfectly chill all night. The 14-inch thickness gives it that premium, luxury hotel feel, and the 5-zone support hits all the right pressure points. My lower back pain is completely gone since day one. We were in desperate need of a new mattress. For context, we have had a very expensive Serta for over a decade. I would wake up often with shoulder or back pain. I didn’t want to spend a fortune again due to a lot of travel plans we have coming up. So I took a leap of faith and ordered this one. When it arrived I was nervous because it was all rolled up into a box. But my husband and I put it on our bed and used the cutting tool they sent to open the package and the bed just woke up and started puffing up immediately. It’s like a marshmallow with support. That’s the only way I can describe it. My body sinks into the mattress and yet I wake up with zero shoulder or back pain. I’m not sure how much longevity we will get out of it but for the price I’m not at all worried about it. Excellent

The mattress is better than expected, It expanded nicely after opening and didn't take too long to set up, The feel is comfortable, not too soft and not too hard, with good support throughout the night.I also like that it doesn't transfer much movement,so it's easier to sleep without being disturbed.The 14-inch height gives it a nice full look on the bed frame too . I got this mattress about 10 days ago and delayed changing it because I’ve had my other mattress for so long and worried I would wake up with my back hurting or stiff from the change BUT I had to yesterday and last night was the absolute best night sleep I’ve had in a very long time!! The first pic was minutes after I had opened it and put it on my bed- it started getting normal shape quick. The second pic is this morning- less than 24 hours after opening it (I opened it late yesterday afternoon. It has been cool to the touch every time I’ve touched it- I slept cool all night and it still felt cool when I woke up this morning. I slept so good last night I didn’t move at all- I don’t move much in my sleep usually anyway but I do usually wake up with my back hurting from not moving much- I was shocked that when I did wake up this morning, I had zero discomfort, and I actually slept an hour later than I usually do. My 120 pound English labrador sleeps in the bed with me and he will wake me up moving around, but I never felt him move last night. I really think he slept better too. The mattress is soft but firm and does relieve the pressure points- it is the perfect mix of firm yet soft and the cooling is just a bonus. If you’re like me going back-and-forth, not sure this is a great mattress- trust me it is amazing! I can’t wait to see how much it improves over the next day or two like the instructions said it would be fully inflated within 72 hours. I am so happy with my purchase!

I’ve been using the Sweetnight CoolNest 12” King Mattress for a bit now, and overall I’m impressed. The thickness is just right, the medium firmness feels accurate, and it gives excellent support without sagging. I wake up without pressure points, which is a big win. The cooling performance is genuinely good — it stays comfortable through the night. For the price, the value is honestly hard to beat, and delivery was smooth and on time. A couple of drawbacks: the top surface is not quilted, so it feels very flat compared to mattresses with a cushioned top layer. Also, the cover isn’t cotton, so it has a slightly synthetic/artificial feel. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting. Overall, a great value mattress with solid support and cooling, just not the plushest surface finish.

This mattress is amazing. It's a 10/10 on the comfortable scale, easily. In the event that it helps someone, I'll divulge the fact that I have severe neck, shoulder, and back pain. I tend to sleep on the side with the issues. I haven't woken up sore since sleeping on this mattress. In comparison, this is just as good (if not better than) the mattresses that sell for thousands of dollars. I speak from experience, but I will not name brands. The Sweenight website does. The material on the top of the mattress is cool to the touch, pure cotton sheets (not flannel) allow the cool to be felt. The foam is perfectly supportive without pushing against the body, like spring mattresses do. There is no noticeable delay in support when changing sleeping positions. One of my favorite features is the independent support of the gel and memory foam. You can set a full cup of coffee on the opposite side and get onto the bed without the cup spilling (probably don't try that, but my cup didn't spill.) Make sure you put the head of the mattress in the right place because of the differing support levels in the material. This mattress does not get rotated. Once it's in place, it's in place. It inflates quickly. The package insert recommended allowing the mattress to settle completely for 72 hours after opening the package. We did this out of caution, no difference was noted in size or firmness as a result. It's surprisingly light once it's out of the box and unpackaged. At 14", the height is perfect with a thin Bunkie Board on a steel frame, allowing for under-the-bed-bin storage. The cover comes off and can be washed. I'm not sure on the washing instructions. Probably best to use cold water and air dry (because of the gel top), but check around for the manufacturer's instructions. If you find them, please post. **NOTE** I read that the length between slats on the frame can damage memory foam mattresses if too far apart and without a boxspring. The mattress can start to sag in between the slats. A few extra dollars for the Bunkie Board fixes that issue. Just keep in mind that the Bunkie Board has anti-slip material on it that can make it a bit difficult to slide the mattress into place. Proper placement required two people (lifting and placing directly) only because of the board. The anti-slip is strong, and if you try to slide the mattress on it, the Bunkie Board will move too. A king size board comes in two pieces and gets strapped to the frame before placing the mattress.

I have bought quite a few bed in a box mattresses and this is by far the best one purchased to date. I am a side sleeper and often wake up sore and this bed is just the right amount of firm and support needed that I sleep like a baby. The bed is thick and has memory foam and keeps you cool. It is not too heavy either. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.
