For how much it cost me it's a great chair. The length of the backrest of the chair is a little too short for me and I'm 5'8 so do be careful about that. The screw for the jack connecting the legs and the sitting part of the chair itself and one of the armrest pads screws got loose and I have to tighten it a bit, but other than those two things this chair is pretty good for its price. ... show more

Hey this chair is so comfortable and really nice looking. It was great price too! The only thing I didn't realize is that the arm rest do not flip up so it actually will not wheel into the hole in my desk all the way so I can't type as comfortably as I would like to. The way the back attaches to the seat part is by the handles so there's no way to leave them off. I will be finding another brace that will work and removing the handles or simply cutting 3 in off the handles so I can scoot further into type.That was my fault for not noticing so I still gave it five stars, it's a great chair ... show more

The chair is petite, it is about 75% the size it should be for a normal adult, it is something that would be best suited for a older child or younger teen. Do not buy this if you are an average sized adult, very misleading pictures and specs. You pay for shipping on the return! Guess what, they make you ship everything in its original packaging, every last part so have fun disassembling it, repackaging it, every screw, cap, manual, everything or they say they will deny your refund, I haven't tried yet, I may just return it out of spite and lose out of most likely $50 shipping not to mention my time. Also, it didn't even go together correctly, I had to modify one of the screw holes embedded into the backrest because it kept stripping out because they didn't line up, poor craftsmanship, poor design, smaller than advertised, lied about adult fitting, and zero returns unless you waste more time and money on it.
