1 month in and the leg/wheel broke completely off so I pretty much wasted $200!!!! At first I was writing when I first got it that it was that it was a Great rabbit house, very stylish, plenty of room, only wish they sent a tiny container of touch up paint! That was the first day😢

Really cool cage and easy to assemble. Easy to Clean. My problems are these: made with soft pine wood...bunnies like to chew guys. My picture is after the first night, and there are many more spots like this. Also, bunnies like to kick their bedding all over....the floor. Lastly socket that the wheels are inserted into easily split the pine wood that they are inserted into. ... show more

We bought this for our guinea pigs. we had a standard cage and decided to upgrade to this one. It's so much easier because with three pigs they have more space now. it's a little bit difficult to get some larger objects in and out through the door but the cleanup is pretty easy since the entire bottom slides out. The bottom of the slide outdoors are also made of metal which makes cleaning and wipe down / disinfecting easy ... show more

    • Horrible design!!!
I got this cage in April, so now in July I can say after countless times of trying to make this cage work, it just doesn’t. First, nothing is even close to waterproof. So when I got it I decided to use an animal safe sealant around the inside edges of the trays. That ultimately didn’t work, meaning I have to keep a plastic bin underneath of it in order to not ruin my floors. Second, the trays are metal sheets. Which would be fine if it didn’t sound like thunder every time my bunny moves. I tried putting a blanket in to muffle it and of course it didn’t help. So I stuffed a bunch of old pillows and boxes under to prevent the metal from popping and making sounds, better but still not great. And lastly, I’m just not impressed with the over all quality. It’s cheap, insanely light and delicate, the wood split in places after screwing it together, and it wasn’t very easy to put together either due to the cheap quality. Instructions were lacking helpful information, and things just don’t line up quite right, making the wheels slightly uneven, so not all the wheels touch the floor. I would’ve sent it back, but it was such a pain to put together I decided to make it work because I didn’t want to take it apart, return it, wait for another cage, and then have to build another. My husband said the directions weren’t that easy to follow and needed my help, so definitely a two person job. Seems sturdy enough but the minute we put our rabbit in there, she started to bite the wood. Hopefully it lasts long. I wish there were more space with the ramp in there. She can’t use it properly and jumps up to the next level, using the ramp as a guide. The drawers aren’t easy to slide and the doors aren’t easy to open and close. But it will work for now. Update: After two months , the bottom drawer is stained from our rabbit going to the bathroom. The wood is ruined and she chewed through one whole side. Do not recommend. ... show more

This cage is really cute and bigger than I expected. It’s easy to pull the trays out to clean. However, it’s the hardest thing i’ve get built in my life, there’s no pre drilled holes so make sure you have a drill and 4+ hours of spare time. They also chew the wood a lot which is my fault for not thinking of that before hand, but otherwise they love the cage and it’s very convenient! ... show more
