This rabbit hutch is okay overall and works as a basic shelter for small animals. The wooden design looks nice, and the elevated structure helps keep pets off the ground. It provides enough space for short-term use and is fairly easy to assemble. However, some of the wood arrived a bit cracked in spots, and the materials feel a bit lightweight, so it may not be sturdy enough for long-term outdoor use without reinforcement. Putting together this hutch is pretty easy. As long as you are organized during installation and follow the pictured instructions it should be a breeze for anyone. The wood itself seems sturdy-ish… super light/soft wood but durable, i would compare it to pine. I was worried when i opened it up but when i finished and everything tightened up together i liked how it felt. The hinges for the top seem cheap though, if you do not align them correctly then you will put stress on the hinge. The hutch overall is nice. It wheels around with ease and it being light definitely helps. The paint is okay. Looking at other reviews, it seems just a bad experience. I like the hutch, i bought a cage to extend his play area until he is litter box trained then we can move into the bunny free roaming the house. I feel this is a good start for any bunny. My bunny seems to like his new living area and seems happy. I do recommend this product ... show more

My friend purchased a hutch much like this. Unfortunately, this particular one seems much... 'flimsier'. I was was so excited to get this - and very sad that it's not in a useable condition. There were parts not assembled correctly, and visible damage. This is beyond the point that I'd be able to 'make it work.' Photos & video show some, but not all of the issues. Reboxing has been a puzzle itself. Not sure how I'm going to get the lid to close! Again, I'm sad, and I really don't like posting negative reviews, but after the wait time for the hutch, and now needing to wait for another one, and how heavy it will be - trying to get it to a UPS location... It arrived 2 days early. Took me less than 2 hours to unpack all the parts, set out and assemble. It is very soft wood and thin, very thin, metal. Jury is out how long it will last. It fits my home decor well. The rollers are going to make it easy to clean under. Truth is I didn't want to build one from scratch myself. For the money, this was a great option. ... show more

had this bunny habitat for about 10 months now and it has been pretty good. It has a very modern build, and look which helps it not stick out like a sore thumb inside your home. my only complaint would be with the trays at the bottom its very east for liquids to seep through the inside since the tray you push in doesn't go unearth the wood it just goes along it to combat this i just added a smaller litter box for the bunny on the inside and other then that its lasted very wall! ... show more

    • Don't waste your money.
It's a structure. It goes together easily. However, the trays are too shallow to put enough bedding in and then pull them out. The two locks on the wheels do NOTHING, it continues to slide. The ramp is too small and the spacers too far apart for an animal to safely get up and down. We had to build our own. The ramp also bounces off the metal support when they go to use it scaring them. The lower lid gets stuck and won't open all the way, we had to sand it down. The latches for the lids are a joke, super flimsy, we replaced them. If you want to put a water bottle on it, you have to do it below. The one wire window on the top doesn't fit any, we ended up drilling a hole through the wall. ... show more

The haunch might design for indoor only. The materials are cheap; open roof which might be cold for the rabbit at night n the plastic starts to reshape after a while under the sun. I just assembled it a month ago n have to consider to get a new one. I would recommend buy something else if you are going to leave it outdoor ... show more
