  • Beautifully made easy to put up
Easy clear instructions. Sturdy. Very well made. I would say 6 chickens max. My girls love it! Large nesting boxes. Easy to assemble.

  • Not worth the money. Build one yourself. Seller was great!
The coop is a decent size for 8 chickens. I certainly couldn't imagine putting 10-15 in it. It took about 3 hours to put it together which made a great father/son project. The instructions were kind of poor and it was an IKEA project on steroids. However, the quality for the price is disappointing. For starters, the access door in the coop for humans lacked security. A hardware trip was required where my husband bought and installed hinges and 2 extra locks. It would only take a raccoon to turn the decorative hearts for easy access to my girls. He also bought locks for the laying boxes too. The roosting bars on the inside are constantly knocked out of the track by the chickens leave them to sit in the pan below. We will have to come up with a sturdier option. It gets very humid here in Missouri and we've had a lot of rain. This has caused the wood to swell so the run door for the chickens has become jammed daily. I have had to crawl into the run the last 3 days just to close it. It was unamusing last night as I crawled in during a thunderstorm and landed in chicken poop and mud. We will have to find a better option for that too. We had a lot rain in the last 24 hours and I found the ramp access to the coop has the hooks pulled out. My husband drilled a screw directly from the ramp into the coop this morning. The 2 swings are a little excessive in the run. I think a second roosting bar would have been a better option. We will be trying to deal with that too. Finally, as I have stated, we have only had this coop and run outside for a month and all the white paint on the top the run is fading. It's turning to its natural wood color. The coop and run already look aged and not in a good way. We will have to repaint it before long. I am hoping it will last for a few years but for the amount of money and time spent on it, next coop we'll just build ourselves. *update* After writing my review, I was contacted by seller. They were exceptionally understanding with our frustrations and complaints about this coop. They offered a partial refund. I appreciate the seller trying to make things right. Hopefully they can use are noted issue to improve the quality of the product. It’s okay to not be happy with an item but if you don’t tell the maker what’s wrong, how can they improve? Thank you, Pawhut. ... show more

  • Tiny & awful quality
Disappointing on every level. Not only is it TINY (can only fit 2-3 hens when it said it would fit 10-15) but the quality is awful. It has already broken in two pieces and we had to reinforce it. We ended up getting a bigger coop and we are only using this coop if we need to quarantine or separate chickens for any reason. Biggest waste of money! ... show more

  • Do not buy
The product is just made out of bad material. Had parts come in broken. 3 months u have had the Coop and it is just falling apart. Do not recommend for anyone for any use. Buyer beware.

  • Love it!
I got this for my silkies. What I love about it is that the ramp is low and has a slow incline. Silkies are notoriously clumsy and have issues getting up ramps. This one is perfect for them. Also love the swing and perch. I hung a heat lamp in the winter and in the summer I will replace with plug in light bulb so they always have light and can find the coop door at night. Wish they had a run extension we could buy! ... show more

  • Not great, not terrible I guess
This thing was a pain. Certain pieces didnt line up right and all. I've had it for a few months now and two pieces of boards from the laying box have fallen off. The locks on the main door are garbage. I had to buy a metal lock cause my chickens got out after the door just fell open.

  • Cheap Garbage
3/15/2026 this is not a good product at all. It is very cheap wood and hasn't even lasted four months, Every week I have to fix something on it. The nesting boxes are literally disintegrating. I have had to add more and more wood to the back coop door!! needs to be beefed up, not bad for the money, but it is very cheaply made and if you have wildlife that wants to get to your chickens they will unless you beef this up which we did and are still doing. I will say that during the single digit storm we have had all our chickens in there have survived. ... show more

  • Chicken coop
The chicken coop is aesthetically pleasing, however, the assembly reveals some structural weaknesses. The floor collapsed with in 6 months and lost my chickens wont buy again ill just have one built
