Only complaint i have is not everything was numbered/had a letter but is easy to figure out. And the tiny screws in the roof came out when I was trying to attach it to the coop

Easy to assemble only complaint is the paint used is very thin. Recommend repainting or at least sealing. Despite that it looks nice and is sturdy enough for 4 large ducks.

This thing is a pretty typical cheap flat pack made in china situation. The wood is really soft, which makes it easy to drill into to build it, but it also is kind of fragile compared to using a hard wood. The screws that held in the hinges on the roof came right out the first time we opened it, so its a pain to hold it open. Also the door latches are really tiny so if you have any bedding at all in the door creases, the latches wont match up. I think the wood also expands and contracts with the weather and humidity which makes the latches a pain too. That said our 3 ducks are comfortable in it and it could probably fit a 4th duck. We are going to start planning to build a new one in the next year or so though because I don't think this thing is going to hold up more than a year. ... show more
