Update: After talking to the seller, I believe this deserves more stars than I originally thought. The seller addressed my concerns almost immediately after I left a review. They were understanding, and took care of the situation immediately. Even though we had issues with the item, this is hands down the best seller I have purchased from on Amazon. Original post: So for the price, I expected a little better quality. Missing screws, roof did not go together properly (not cut straight) and the wood that covers the roof seams were not white as seen in the photos (bare wood). I ordered gray and it’s more of a green color. Over all it does the job and looks nice when put together. But I would recommend someone handy as it’s going to need adjustments to assemble properly. The seller did not ship with in the window promised. The package sat with the seller for almost 3 days before shipping out. If you have a lot of patience and creativity, then I would recommend this hutch. But I would also recommend future buyers to wait for this to go on sale. Lastly, be aware of the little fur baby you are purchasing this for. It’s made of wood. If your little furry likes to chew, this probably isn’t the cage for you. ... show more

Summary: Overall this is a nice quality rabbit house. Have had two other rabbit hutches over the years that weren't as functional as this one. The additional access door next to main door makes it much easier for overall access on opposite side. The removable tray floors are a major upgrade from our last setup because the previous setups never had a floor, forcing us to make our own floor which was much harder to clean and overall was much less efficient. A tip for anyone complaining about litter not sliding out with the tray, it's simple, you need a litter pan. Happily fits two rabbits, plus we extended their living space by putting a gate around the front so that they can come out and go in as they please. Assembly was straight forward, all supplies and directions accurate. A few downside to the product is that their was no pre drilled holes for door hinges. I made sure to measure them accurately to have the lock open and close smoothly. And it was hard to make your own hole in the wood with hand tools. (Take care to not use power tools as it can split the wood very easily). Another issue was that the roof did not line up perfectly, it took some finesse to get it right, but we got it. Secondly, the roof material is very messy and can be toxic so take care as to cleaning after assembling. Third, the ramp already has damage first week. Finally, ramp comes with support post which is nice to keep the ramp stable, however, the metal protrudes slightly, we put something soft around it as to prevent the rabbits bumping into it, we suggest the manufacturer to provide a cover for the metal in the future. Pros: -Extra door, easy access -Good quality removable floor tray - Straight-forward assembly -Accurate directions and materials -Ramp support post -Nice design Cons: -No pre drilled holes for door locks -Roof did not line up easily -Roof material messy, toxic -Ramp quickly damaged from normal use -Ramp support post needs to be covered for safety. This thing is hands so the cutest most practical rabbit hutch. And it fits my house to a key! It is sturdy, my bun loves it! she has so many areas, we have her litter, her water fountain, two beds and toys in there. She is a free roam bunny but this is her space to go chill out, go use the restroom. It has 3 trays that easily pull out for easy cleaning. Do not hesitate! 10/10 ... show more

I love these Pawhut rabbit hutches. I bought 3 more similar. This was the most expensive one BUT it was also the largest one & the only one that has a slide out tray under every inch. Others like this will have a tray on the top but none on the bottom. The trays make cleaning so much easier. This has withstood a storm 1 day after assembling. Still holding strong. This is my most favorite hutch. Josh & Moo Moo seem to love it too. ... show more

Really needed a space for our 2 bunnies. The space itself is “ok” if you have bunnies on the smaller side. Our 1 bunny is pretty huge so we didn’t see him going inside much, our other she’s fairly small so she enjoys the space. My problem is that most of the holes do not line up and it’s already falling apart just after 2 months of use and if you’re planing on using bedding on the tray they do not slide in. Really disappointed in the quality, very flimsy and I’m sure I will end up buying a nicer one. This one seemed like it would be quality for the price and from the photos but would not recommend. Wood splits when you put the screws in - some spots had no pre drilled holes where there should have been too. Not all pieces were numbered, some were. Instructions were not great. Overall would recommend going and getting a more quality item from a local pet store unfortunately. Disappointed! ... show more
