Very easy to assemble, but divider seems very flimsy and easy for rabbits to chew through. Walls are difficult to clean but trays are not. Trays are the flooring, you have to remove everything from the hutch including rabbits to remove tray for cleaning.

This cage isn't worth 160.00. It's not predator proof. A predator was able to get into the coop and I lost my quail, even after I spent more money to fortify it. There is rust on the metal pieces and there were a couple broken pieces that I had to repair. There are several splits, holes and gouges in the wood. The paint is either missing or worn off in several places. The clasps on the wire area are bent and extremely flimsy. I will use carbines to lock the metal doors closed since the claspes won't keep the doors closed, they keep popping open. I will need to make some modifications for the safety of my quail. The company refunded me 30.00 dollars after having so many issues, but it didn't cover the cost of losing quail, or what I had to spend to fortify the hutch. I would have returned it, but the box was too damaged and I am unable to take it apart and lift it to return!!! Please don't waste your money like I did, it's not worth loosing your animals!!! ... show more

Works for that I need but the cheap wood see through paint is a bit annoying. One I had to completely paint because it was peeling in places. But most places including the white it’s basically a wash which does nothing really. The wood is alot not the best quality but for chicks and quail it’s enough for now. Didn’t get a pic of the paint or mold on the first one but I needed it done asap. ... show more

I was excited putting this together; however, that quickly faded when I realized it just leaks everywhere. I am assuming the bottom is warped since the bottom trays are supposed to be water proof (they are plastic) to hold this in. Because the hole to go into the small section of this enclosure is so small, fitting an additional litter box for your bunny inside the space is very difficult. Therefore, you have the joy of pee freely flowing down onto your floor. That really isn't acceptable with a price this high. -EDIT- I immediately had customer service reach out to me when I posted my review. I have never experienced such great customer service! They really showed they cared about my issue, and I greatly appreciate it. They offered multiple fixes for my issue and had an almost immediate response. ... show more

UPDATE: I have had this cage for 4 months and I’m throwing it out. While the set up of the cage is perfect for giving my guinea pigs their own large space, it ultimately became a bad fit for them. The biggest reason is that because the cage is made out of wood and they have easy access to it, so my pigs would loudly gnaw at base and drive my household crazy. If I could go back I would definitely not buy this cage because of the poor quality, cheap materials, and how it unfortunately became a big expensive chew toy. I had high hopes for this cage but I decided to cut my losses and pursue other options. I got this cage for my two guinea pigs because they need a separate space. When the cage arrived, it filled my apartment with a chemical-like odor and parts came damaged. I can't identify what the smell was exactly, but similar to paint. You absolutely need power tools to assemble this cage, and there are no other tools provided. Additionally, not all the holes on the cage are marked to ensure the proper assembly and the pull-out drawers are so difficult to open and close because it gets stuck. This cage is way too expensive for how cheap it looks/feels/SMELLS, but it has been working out really well for my pigs so far. I would highly recommend a fleece liner because this cage does NOT hold bedding very well and will make a mess. But overall, my boys are really happy with the size and having their own private space. Darker color in person. Two separate cages which is just what I needed it for. Decent size as long as you plan on letting your rabbit out once a day to stretch its legs and socialize but this will cut down on the fire hazards, poop/pee, and general monetary loss and save your sanity while adopting new bunnies that werent raised to be free roaming. An hour in and my bunny is now calm. Once she gets into the daily routine of knowing she’ll have play time we’ll all be more content. ... show more
