They're cheap and you get what you pay for. They're a little more restrictive on the air flow than I usually like, but I have enough airlines that I have some it's not an issue for. They seem to do the job they're meant to as I just had a couple power outages and they held water out of the airlines.

    • Just point the "arrow" into the right direction!
The illustrations by the Seller (above) show the direction these valves need to point toward in order to make sure these valves work as they should! But if you missed those (like I did) just point that "arrow" inside the valve in the direction you want the air to flow and you're right as rain! Valves work great so far. I have these for all my air pumps and they work without fail. Will definitely buy again! ... show more

The first picture shows what happens when you don’t have a check valve hooked up, and your air pump is in the floor. The second picture shows that the check valve works perfectly. No water comes out when the check valve is attached. The 3rd and 4th pictures show the air flow with a check valve and without a check valve. You try to figure out which is which. 😃 So, in conclusion, all these reviews claiming these valves don’t work, and there is no air flow are all false. The only thing you need to do if there is no flow, is take a paper clip and use it to gently push open the stoped 🛑 inside the valve. ... show more

    • Work ok if you can get them to stay attached
They do the job just fine when attached but I find them disconnected several times a day. The nipple that slips in the air line is too thick and works it’s way out of the tubing. I just took the off and I’m looking for a different model.
