Product summary: 9/10 would recommend. I have been using Tetra Whisper air pumps for at least the last 20 years. They are quiet, reliable and for the price a great value. I would say I have to replace them every 4-5 years after the diaphragm gives up the ghost. I personally don't find it worth the time or effort to buy the repair kits that Tetra offer and opt for a new air pump. I will continue to recommend these over some of the other popular brands available at pet shops. ... show more
