I use the Aqueon filter system and have two Ten gallons and one twenty-gallon tank. I used to use Aqueon filters but they were just pricey. Then I tried Kucbraly Fish Tank Filter Cartridges but they are too dense and clog quickly. I now buy these filters because they have the same density as Aqueon and package really well. They are individually sealed so there is no mess in the package from loose charcoal. I buy the Large for my Twenty-gallon tank and the medium for my two ten-gallon tanks. ... show more

No. Not a snug fit like the corresponding brand name (to the filter) and therefore I don’t think it stops the junk from going around the filter, instead of going through the filter. I wish I didn’t use one or I would have returned them. But then how would I know it wasn’t a snug fit?? Very disappointed. ... show more

We have this filter on a tank in our garage to winter our small Koi fish in our pond. These filters fit perfectly, however, they seem like they have a little less carbon or filter material than the original ones that came with the filter.
