I ordered this heater for my outdoor patio area. It looks really nice and is easy to use once assembled. It took about an hour for my husband to assemble it initially. The directions were easy to follow and all the tools needed were provided. The directions were unclear on how to anchor it, but there were ground fixer screws provided. We plan to wheel it into our garage when we aren't using it, so this wasn't an issue for us. There is a front panel that you can remove to install a propane tank (not included) and reach the settings. It's an all around nice outdoor heater, I just wish it kicked off a little more heat.
