This Heater is incredibly HOT! YET should NEVER be listed for INDOOR USE. IT IS A FIRE HAZARD. HOT ON LOW IN SECONDS THINGS BEGAN TO WILT & show response 2heat. However for outdoor use 4warmth it could work well. Inaccurate labeling! OUTDOOR USE & open air areas perfect. This heater experience was so deadly 4me had I walked away from it in that 3sec heatup window I could have had a FIRE! Be very AWARE ALSO design flawed there is A ROD ATTACHMENT on top; function unclear? And not pictured! There is no safe way to move this heater? ... show more

    • It broke after 11 months-very frustrated
It stopped working after 11months, very frustrated.. UPDATE 1-18-24 After contacting the manufacturer, they have agreed to send me a replacement unit. I think this reflects well on them, and shows their commitment to customer service. I hope we get good service life from the replacement unit.

Heater stopped working after roughly 10 months of use— was only used to heat small bathroom for a couple of hours and not even every day in the winter. Would not recommend this product.

    • If it beeps incessantly, your guard isn’t on correctly
After I set it up, it would only beep and none of the buttons worked, customer support and the internet were useless. The guard wasn’t on correctly. Make sure the Homs have some good pressure on the unit. Works like a champ now!

If you want to get a good response from Amazon and not see a note like this from AIRCHOICE: "Thank you for providing the requested information, unfortunately, according to the Invoice, this unit was sold directly by Amazon as a retailer store. We are not able to validate the 1- year warranty if the came from a different store than our AIR CHOICE amazon store, we are sorry about such inconvenience. We highly suggest to contact the original seller, in this case AMAZON, for further assistance. " Of course the AMAZON website says its beyond the return date, the supplier says its not their problem and you have a failed heater after 40 hours of use. See picture. The 3 year old problem still being made today is an inadequate weld being made inside a sealed heat tube that is not available for sale anyhere. Unless you have an Asurion warranty you have a $150 issue after the return period ends.. Amazon Customer Service came to the rescue and accepted responsibility to refund the purchase price and provided a shipping label. Long story short, dont expect long life from an AIRCHOICE product, or support from them for latent defects, which are built into the products. ... show more
