This heats up the entire garage...it's a home garage that fits 2 cars...it DOES take about 30-40 minutes before I can wear a T-shirt in 20 degree weather (on the outside of garage)...but I don't really care...it would be even better if it had a fan pushing the heat...however, it's not a deal breaker for me..I'm just happy to have one. it doesn't mount DIRECTLY to the wall...it comes with brackets that make it stick out away from the wall about 4 inches which is great because it does get hot obviously...it has a timer and a remote....the timer goes up to 24 hours. we will see as to the longevity of the heater... ... show more

I installed this on my deck whick I enclose for the winter but it is still pretty chilly. With this heater we can comfortably enjoy sitting out on the deck or using the grill. The remote control is a great feature. Would purchase again.

This heater works well my husband said installation on our patio was simple. I use it when I take the dog outside when it's chilly and I can hang out with him on the patio longer. The remote has been working consistently and so has the timer because I set that so I don't forget to turn it off. Screen is a bit hard to read in daylight but it is installed a bit above my head easy to red at night. Heat it puts off is good depending on where you are situated in front of it.
