It was warm if you were right in front of it. Unfortunately it only lasted about 1 month and then just quit working. (Nothing happened to it…it just stopped heating as we were sitting there in front of it.

My "man cave" is in a house addition that has always struggled to stay warm during winter. It's also right next to the patio, where I sometimes think about grilling even in the cold months, but the chill often keeps me inside. When I spotted this outdoor patio heater, I figured it might solve both issues, and it has! I have been using it for the past week, and I am amazed by the impressive heat output on the high setting. It warms up my man cave effectively, and the included remote means I can adjust it without leaving my chair during the game if it gets too toasty. My only minor complaint is that it is so quiet I once forgot it was on before heading to bed. Fortunately, the sturdy base prevents tipping, and it has an auto shut-off feature for safety. It performs well outdoors too, but be sure to use a heavy-duty extension cord if you're not near an outlet. Overall, it heats the immediate space nicely, though it's not designed for huge areas.

I ordered this item twice the first order came but right out the box the unit didn't work. I paid 113 00 dollars for it. So when it didn't work I ordered the second unit but i had to pay 148.00 dollars which was more than the first one Amazon gave me a credit for 20.00 dollars. But i would have to say these heater are crappe i wouldn't buy this heater never again

This works so well, the heater puts off heat and radiates across the patio when we are outside. It heats up the entire garage when we are out there. It is very tall and has several heat levels. It is 1500W power and such a great price for the quality and durability of the heater. I enjoy using it, not assembly, its easy to use, just plug it in.
