I've had these for about a month and I love them. I got a knock-off hexclad wok last Christmas and finally decided to replace my worn non-stick pans and I'm so happy I did. I did not purchase the lids because I have so many lids already and haven't had an issue using other lids that fit. I have chosen not to put them in the dishwasher to increase longevity, even though they say you can put them in the dishwasher. They are super easy to clean. Non-stick has worked perfectly for me. I did season them before using them, as the instructions directed in the package.

This was a gift for my son who loves to cook and he is great at it. He was very happy with the weight and quality of the set and told his wife that they are professional style pans and cannot wait to use them. Will see later how well they preformed for him and will up date.

The media could not be loaded. Great pan, I ever had. One of the best non stick pans, period! Can operate at high Temps with no degradation of the surface, and easy to clean without having to worry about using only a soft sponge. Can use Scrubber sponges with no scratches, the surface holds up beautifully, it’s light weight. Quick insulation. I love it

Omelettes to enjoy to the fullest , and pancakes that will make you (slap somebody) just saying in general )so good and delicious slide right out of the pan on to the plate. They take some getting use to. Low temp required. Clean up easier than true nonstick. You do need heat them up with oil before starting to fry, sometimes I heat and then dab out excess oil with paper towel

Returned, be warned; even cooking slow and low, with oil, EVERYTHING sticks. Gave it a couple of weeks to try multiple cooking techniques, and all I encountered was frustration and ever-increasing rust-colored stains on the rim and inside the top of the "nonstick" area which are impossibly to scrub out...and I tried. Going back to regular nonstick skillets.
