We are truly enjoying our new heater. It’s durable, beautiful and puts out good amount of heat. My kids and I love it. I had a handy man put it together. It did take him about an hour and 20 minutes each heater. He said there’s a lot of small pieces. Definitely a patient task to put together but when done looks great. My dad wants one now!

It appears to be nice quality. This is not difficult to assemble but does take some time. It did not work when we tried to start it. We emailed the company and after sending them a video of the issue, they promptly sent a new part. It works great now, and we think it looks as nice as ones that cost much more money. Good value! Good customer service

Easy to assemble, about 45 minutes and no missing parts. Sturdy, looks good when assembled and fired right up. Probably the same with similar models but when the wind blows and it doesn’t take much, it’s pretty much over unless your OK with small flame dancing around outside of the heating element. Not dangerous necessarily depending on where you have it placed, but it did tarnish the metal collar below the element which I bet will clean-up. Turning it down did help. Nice to have the cover included but you’ll need to be patient putting it on. Attempted to install a tank fuel gauge but there’s just not enough room where the tank is housed. All in all pleased with the quality, ease of assembly, heat output and how it presents. I’ve never owned another patio heater, always a fire pit, so I have nothing to compare it to but I would purchase it again. Seems priced appropriately based on comparisons prior to purchase.

Heater works great. Not hard to assemble, looks nice and throws alot of light as well as heat. It unfortunately needed a new control box which was going to take over a month on backorder so they just sent me a whole new heater for free. It came right away and works flawlessly. Pretty hard to beat for 199 dollars.

We decided to buy a patio heater to extend the time we could use our deck as fall and winter approaches here in the Boston area. With the COVID stay-at-home, being able to get outside is imperative to help stave off cabin fever. Our neighbor had one delivered and they were out of town so I lugged the bulky box into their house and took note of the brand. The heater had good reviews on Amazon so I bought one. What makes this type of heater so dramatic is that the flame is contained inside a glass tube that runs vertically in the center of the heater. Unfortunately, when ours was delivered and I opened the box, the glass tube was shattered on one end. The instruction manual provided a Hotmail email address and no phone number so I wasn't wildly optimistic that I would be able to resolve this quickly. But to my surprise, I got an email from Pamapic the next day apologizing and that they'd ship me a new tube. To my delight, the tube arrived in less than a week, fully intact. Now, that's excellent customer service! So I set about assembling the heater which was pretty straight-forward although you do have to read the manual (and this from someone who rarely does). It took about an hour by myself (some reviews have said you need 2 people but I had no problems doing it alone) and then I got a new propane tank and fired it up. It's almost as though there's an open fire on the deck - very impressive, warm and inviting. I can't tell yet how much heat it actually puts out but it definitely helps sets the ambiance... So far, I'm happy with this heater and very appreciative of the super responsive customer service. I actually bumped up my rating to 5 stars because I was so impressed with the service.

I saw one of these at a friend's and ordered one for my patio to use for my 70th birthday party coming up. I was able to put it together by myself in about 2-3 hours. I built the frame in the house and carried it down the steps to the patio where I added the heat guards and heavy side panels. Directions were clear and easy to follow. I can't wait for my propane tank to arrive to try it out!

The heater looks better in person than in the photos. It was a little difficult to start and once I figured it out, the heat output was good but not enough to use alone in the winter. I will be ordering another heater to add to this one for my outdoor space.

I just put it together, which could be overwhelming for some, but the construction design had some nice features to help with assembly. It did take me probably an hour and half to unbox all the pieces and get it together. I thought the packaging was well done and no parts were damaged, although, the box did a take a few hits. It looks great! Work great! And, I love the pilot light option. It's day one so here's hoping it holds up. Also, not sure how bad it's going to eat gas yet.
