These Pamapic Pyramid Patio Heaters have completely transformed our backyard! We got two, and they've added such a luxurious feel to our outdoor space. They're the perfect way to elevate any get-together or just enjoy our patio on a slightly chilly evening. My husband put both heaters together in about an hour – the setup was fairly straightforward. They're a nice height, too, and really command attention. But more importantly, they work. These heaters put out some serious heat! This is my second pyramid heater. The first was purchased a couple of years ago and I wanted a second one for another deck. I love the ambiance of these. It's like having a campfire on your deck. They do put off some heat but if you're not in an enclosed area then any breeze will eliminate the heat. These are not radiant heaters but they are great for making firelight on a deck or other area. That said, the new pyramid arrived. It was packaged extremely well. The directions were clear. the parts well protected. Assembly was easy. The materials also appear to be well made and fit was good. No complaints EXCEPT that the burner / valve has an issue. The pilot won't light so it is pretty much unusable. I would like to get a replacement part but the only support listed in the manual is an email address. I've tried to contact them but no response. It seems that if it doesn't work you don't have any options for parts. I'm not sure what to do with it now. I don't think I can return it assembled :) edit 11/7 - after about a week I received an email response offering a full refund or free replacement. It took a few days but they are offering to completely take care of the issue. I will try for the replacement since the overall quality appears quite good. I just got unlucky.

Easy to assemble, about 45 minutes and no missing parts. Sturdy, looks good when assembled and fired right up. Probably the same with similar models but when the wind blows and it doesn’t take much, it’s pretty much over unless your OK with small flame dancing around outside of the heating element. Not dangerous necessarily depending on where you have it placed, but it did tarnish the metal collar below the element which I bet will clean-up. Turning it down did help. Nice to have the cover included but you’ll need to be patient putting it on. Attempted to install a tank fuel gauge but there’s just not enough room where the tank is housed. All in all pleased with the quality, ease of assembly, heat output and how it presents. I’ve never owned another patio heater, always a fire pit, so I have nothing to compare it to but I would purchase it again. Seems priced appropriately based on comparisons prior to purchase.

We decided to buy a patio heater to extend the time we could use our deck as fall and winter approaches here in the Boston area. With the COVID stay-at-home, being able to get outside is imperative to help stave off cabin fever. Our neighbor had one delivered and they were out of town so I lugged the bulky box into their house and took note of the brand. The heater had good reviews on Amazon so I bought one. What makes this type of heater so dramatic is that the flame is contained inside a glass tube that runs vertically in the center of the heater. Unfortunately, when ours was delivered and I opened the box, the glass tube was shattered on one end. The instruction manual provided a Hotmail email address and no phone number so I wasn't wildly optimistic that I would be able to resolve this quickly. But to my surprise, I got an email from Pamapic the next day apologizing and that they'd ship me a new tube. To my delight, the tube arrived in less than a week, fully intact. Now, that's excellent customer service! So I set about assembling the heater which was pretty straight-forward although you do have to read the manual (and this from someone who rarely does). It took about an hour by myself (some reviews have said you need 2 people but I had no problems doing it alone) and then I got a new propane tank and fired it up. It's almost as though there's an open fire on the deck - very impressive, warm and inviting. I can't tell yet how much heat it actually puts out but it definitely helps sets the ambiance... So far, I'm happy with this heater and very appreciative of the super responsive customer service. I actually bumped up my rating to 5 stars because I was so impressed with the service.

I’m reviewing the actual shorter Pampapic heater. Many of the reviews seem to be talking about the taller pyramid heater. Just assembled the shorter one and seem like great quality! Packaging was excellent and it took about an 1 1/2 hours to assembly, note I’m a skilled trades man. Really was easy just took my time. Haven’t used it yet cause we want to but black glass around the fire ring because they include the ugly old lava rock. Fires it up briefly and looks great.

Just got the Pamapic Patio Heater a few days ago. I got the stainless steel for using at the Coast. My friends helped me set it up. Well designed and probably took an hour or so once we got it out of the box. It does have a fair number of bolts so it takes a bit of time. Helped to have a few people working on it Anyone with some fix it skills or help can assemble it. Very well designed and clever how it all fits together. Took a couple minutes to get it lighted but it works perfectly and is gorgeous. Throws off good heat too. My friends loved it so much they want one even though they already have a patio heater. I think anyone who likes to hang out outside in the evening or during cool weather will enjoy having this heater. Can't wait to get my deck built and start using it regularly. Thanks Pamapic Team for making this product and will be a great addition to my vacation home.
