Even heating over glass cooktop, cleans easily. Just don't use cooking spray in a can, if you feel like putting down oil, get a $10 sprayer and use that. Canned cooking spray can interfere with the non stick coating over time.

Tried other brands to try and save a few bucks. Tried more expensive brands to see if they are more durable. Cheaper ones are just junk. More expensive ones are not noticeably better. Save yourself some time and just buy the OXO ones. They are middle of the road in price. Nonstick performance is really good. These are the ones I buy again because they are a proven work horse. Love the 8 inch for simple eggs and the 10 inch for large omelets and stir fry. ... show more

These are the best, by far, pans I have ever owned! They aren't too heavy or too light. Just right for my arthritic hands. They truly are nonstick. Everything slides right out of the pans. The heat is spread evenly and there hasn't been any scratches so far. I'm going to buy the whole set very soon! Because, I trust that they will be just as fine as these frying pans.
