I thought this papery bedding would be crunchy and hard but it's actually pretty soft and provides a good cushion for my hamster. There is no scent to so it's smells clean. It's easy for the hamster to burrow through. I especially love that it is dust free. This was on sale so I decided to try it. It works as expected. It’s soft so comfortable on my rats feet. It cleans up easily but does not cover smells well. It poofs up quite a bit when wet so not easy to use and gauge how much is needed. The white color is aesthetically pleasing and the cost for the size of the bag was good. Not sure if I’d pay full price for this product but If it was on sale for a good price I’d probably buy it again even if it means having to clean more often. ... show more
