Now I can have my morning workout routine right in my own home. It was actually pretty easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow. This bike is affordable but does not come with operating instructions. I had to contact support to send me the display screen. They sent me minimum quality instructions. I feel complete instructions should have been included with the delivery of the product. Unless you are familiar with this product and all the features, I would not recommend purchasing it.

I own several Owlsky machines, and they’ve all been solid--this Recumbent Bike included. In fact, this might be my favorite of the bunch simply because of how low-impact it is. I have bad knees, and being able to recline, sit back, and still get a solid cardio workout is a huge win. You can prop a phone or tablet on the display, or just watch TV, depending on your setup, making the whole experience easy and relaxing. The digital display is basic but useful, tracking time, distance, and speed. Resistance is adjusted with a simple twist of the knob. The seat isn’t amazing, but it’s wide, supportive, and has a tall backrest--adding a folded towel makes it much more comfortable. Once everything is assembled and tightened properly, the bike feels sturdy, and the pedaling motion is very smooth. Now for the drawback--and it’s a big one: assembly. The machine itself isn’t hard to put together. Anyone can do it. But the instructions are genuinely terrible and make the process far more frustrating than it needs to be. I had the same experience with Owlsky’s Stationary Bike and Elliptical, so this seems to be a pattern. The machine is good; the manual is not. One important note: when unpacking, check every inch of the styrofoam. They tape parts into little recesses, and it’s very easy to miss something essential and accidentally throw it out with the packaging. I DO recommend the bike, just take your time and be patient during assembly!

I like the size of the bike and how easy it is the move if needed. It was fairly simple to put together you just need to pay attention to the parts cross reference with the instructions. I didn’t notice that there were curved washers and flat at first so be sure you pick the right ones for the part you’re installing. It feels sturdy and it’s quiet. You can adjust the seat and the tension level easily. It is nice to have in my apartment for some activity when it’s too cold outside. Very convenient.

This is the perfect tool for those with knee or hip issues. No impact and very smooth to ride. adjustable so that you can place it in a position comfortable for you. The app is pretty sweet, though there is a cost to it. It is very well made and very sturdy with no rocking or moving of the machine. Assembly wasn't too bad but it is packed like a sardine in the box. be sure you look through the styrofoam before throwing it out. they hide cables, nuts, bolts, papers, etc in every crevice. Grips are comfortable and secure.
