The media could not be loaded. Yikes , I'm giving up with having an elliptical at home. This elliptical is worth half its price. this one was clearly a return. I could tell the box has been open that was the first red flag. I immediately wanted to leave it in the box and return it. But I decided to check it out. Maybe it's a decent elliptical. Nope wrong. For one the instructions are terrible. They make it harder than it needs to be. It's ridiculous. Very easy to mix up parts because some are the same. But I'll proceeded. There's were some scratches. It said batteries were included but there were none. The display is terrible, see photo. The phone stand does stand much. THE TENSION IS ALMOST NONE EXISTING. I choose this one because it said 16 levels It is not. Just because it's labeled doesn't mean it is. The motion isn't smooth I was ok with some simple but for the price I paid this is terrible. Returning. Calling a quits

I had to give it a 5! I’m impressed with it. The assembly was very easy. It’s a nice, smooth ride. I would like the tension a little higher but at full tension, it’s still a great go. It’s very quiet too. Easy to move around and it will fit where you decide. A bang for my buck, very affordable. Thanks to those available assembly instructions online via Amazon. I got it for my husband’s holiday gift, and he uses it. I’m so very grateful to Owlsky, Amazon, and those who posted videos.
