The arm swing is awsome which provides adequate throw for a good swing and efficient cardio. The weighted wheel is smooth and quiet, and the adjustments are smooth with little to no lag. I am personally very impressed with this. I have another heavy duty elliptical and it had some issues from the get go. This one doesn't. I think if you are really tall though, this might not work out. I just feel it's meant for shorter people just the way the legs are. I love it though, I have another piece of this brands equipment and it's light weight, easy to assemble and comfortable to use. ... show more
