    • Solves R1/L1 grip trigger fatigue.

I bought these button pads specifically because I was playing the game "Arken Age" which (by default) makes you hold the grip buttons a lot. I was dropping my sword a lot in that game. The R1/L1 button pads in this kit are very successful at reducing fatigue when holding those grip buttons. So this is a winner. Another bonus: The controllers have a secondary feature where it detects if you are gently touching the R1/L1 grip buttons, not just when you actually pressing the buttons. I'm happy to report that these silicon pads do not interfere with that feature, it works just fine like it always did with these pads in place. However please be advised that the R2/L2 pads, the other ones for the triggers, have an unexpected drawback. When you place your controllers into the official Playstation-brand charger stand (if you own one), then the pads cause the controllers to seat weirdly in the stand, and it's hard to get the controllers to charge properly when you drop them in the stand. It makes you have to fiddle with it a bunch before it starts charging. This is not a deal-breaker for two reasons: Maybe you don't own the official Playstation-brand charger stand, but even if you do, you can just throw away the R2/L2 trigger pads and use the rest of the kit (which is what I did). I wasn't getting this kit for those trigger pads anyway, only for the grip button pads. There is also a lack of instructions or pictures in the box. In order to find out how to apply the long handle pads, you have to come back and look at the Amazon listing pictures to figure out how to install them. This seems like an oversight, since there are already some printed materials in the box. In general though, a big win for this product if you want your R1/L1 buttons to be easier to hold. ... show more

Was a bit hesitant to order due to other review but it's actually a very good product. Removing each grip was easy as all it took was a slight poke of my fingernail. Setup was easy also since it's just a line up, peel and stick. Overall, it provides better grip for slippery areas on the controllers & still fits in the Collective Minds Dock. Not sure if its me but had to use eaxcto knife to cut them out of the pad. They don't tear easily as expected. Provides a raised area on the PSVR2 controllers. Hopefully it helps relieve hand fatigue.
