This set is simply awesome. It came in 4 large boxes, the carrier sent two delivery vehicles since the boxes took up too much space. No matter, they were received on time and on the same day. The furniture is completely assembled. The way they package the furniture to fit in 4 boxes is just incredibly thoughtful and efficient. The couch pieces are secured together with plastic clamps that take seconds to fasten. There is so much furniture here, you get great flexibility. We have 2 good size decks, so we decided to create a 2nd couch out of the stand-alone chairs and one piece out of the 4 piece couch and move that down to the lower deck. The furniture is solidly built and the cushions are firm. The chairs are not too low and are not flimsy at all. Absolutely love this purchase. On a positive note, we didn't receive the 2 covers that are advertised. We contacted the company and received a reply the following day. They apologized for the mistake and promptly sent out the two furniture covers. Nice form.

LOVE LOVE LOVEthis set and how quickly it cans and how easy it was to pull right out of the box!!! GORGEOUS set!!! Even better in person! The seats are firm which is a great sign they will last awhile. Material is durable. And bonus is I can mix the couch sections for different combinations. Lovely, just LOVELY!!! Makes our yard look like a fancy resort!

There were a couple of balance issues when I received the furniture. When I contacted the supplier they have promised to correct all the issues as well as correcting the matching covers. They have been very supportive.

We LOVE this set! It was incredibly easy to assemble and the manufacturer included the clips to keep the couch and love seat pieces from separating. The cushions are thick (hard to find for patio sets) and comfortable. We love how versatile it is with arrangements too! We have had larger guests (270+ lbs) relax and enjoy our patio set. I never worried that they would be uncomfortable or it would break. The company also included covers and four decorative pillows, very nice touch! You will not regret this purchase.

We have been looking for patio furniture after my husband put up a gazebo. Since it's Fall, there are no patio sets left. I was anxious about ordering a set online through Amazon without trying it first. This set is WONDERFUL!! It's everything they said it would be and more. It is well built and sturdy. The cushions are first class. It came with 4 quality plus decorative pillows and even furniture covers for the winter which are also of the best quality. I couldn't believe the price for all that we received and the quick delivery. I will definitely recommend these to everyone! We are so pleased!!!

I am writing a review because it is difficult to buy furniture on the internet - you cannot sit in it or see the actual quality and it is difficult to ship back. This set comes with so many pieces - you have seating for many. The cushions are a bit stiff at first but are comfortable. The seats are not deep but comfortable. It comes with back cushions as well, which is great. The low glass tables are perfect. The best part is that it came before they indicated and you do not have to put anything together. I highly recommend this set. I bought a canopy to shield the sun. I will post a picture soon. It looks so beautiful.
