Followed the instructions and the reviews and had no issues. 5 Gal goes a long ways FYI. 30' camper with 3 slide outs = a lot of coats. I think I did about 5 thin coats and one heavy coat due to the weather conditions in October / November and I still have about 3-4" in the bucket. will spread the rest when weather is right in the spring.

So far so good. Was fairly easy to use. Has been keeping us dry inside our RV now for a few months. No complaints, but only a few rains so far. I thought it would be thicker but was easy to apply on our metal roof. Makes it look so nice.

This stuff is fantastic. This is our second 5 gallon bucket that we have purchased. This go round, we resealed my sister's roof. It dries quickly, it's easy to apply, seals everything, prevents leaks, and works amazingly.

I looked for quite some time and read reviews trying to find the best sealer. This was a little bit more expensive than the other one that I was looking at but I am extremely happy with this sealer I did my RV with it and I also had leftover so I did my dad's pole building roof where the screws attached because it was leaking and I also did ours only where the screws attached and we have not had one week in either pole building nor one week in the RV the RV was just maintenance we never had a leak in the RV but it was time to redo it and it came out beautiful I highly recommend this product and I highly recommend the primer to put on before this product I used both and I am very satisfied.

First cleaned the original roof membrane with pressure washer, dawn dish soap, and scrubbed with a sponge. Dried completely then applied the liquid rubber brand EPDM primer and let that dry. Applied one coat of this white rubber every 45 minutes or so, for about 3 to 5 coats per day over three days. I applied using a ladder and medium nap paint roller with a six foot extension arm. Also cut edges using an old paintbrush that I didn't care about keeping afterwards. Cleanup with soap and water was easy, for anything that didn't fully dry out. Used nitrile gloves to avoid getting on hands, which was good because I got a bit on my arm skin and it sticks to hair very strongly. I would not want to have a lot on me to clean off. The roof looks great and has a bit of texture which seems to reduce slipperiness when walking on it. It's a bit "sticky" for heavy things set on it, but nothing has peeled up so far. I'm amazed at how cool the roof has felt in the blazing Colorado sun, and I definitely should have worn sunscreen while applying it. I used almost the entire 5 Gal bucket on our 25ft travel trailer, stopping when the remainder had too much dried "paint boogers" to go on cleanly. It was probably more than absolutely needed but figured the roof would last longer and otherwise the rest would have just been wasted. I primed and painted over existing lap sealant and TPO edge/repair tape that was in fair condition, and it seems like it will protect both for a long time. It adheres very well and seems quite flexible even in the cold. Newly applied dicor lap sealant seems to adhere well to this coating.

Works well and sealed my leaking rubber roof on my 1994 Jayco camper. Just follow the instructions and use the cleaner and primer before applying. I applied this in June of 2024. I'm writing this in October of 2025. It has held up two Summers and one winter in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I'll update at a later date.
