Worked great first time. Went to put more eggs in and now it won't heat up. Not to mention the humidity is showing high and not even any water in it? Not very happy

I would very much like to return it! The advertising says: "Automatic Egg Turning, Temperature & Humidity Control": the egg turning is a tray that drags back and forth of an axle that will be the first to go. The temperature control is exceptionally relative swinging as much as 8-9 degrees. But the worse part is that there is truly no automatic humidity control! This is not a set it and forget it item, where you can check every 3-4 days. I've had daily alarms about low humidity, and all I can do is raise the water bottle, and briefly flood the bottom of the incubator, jumping the humidity at 90%. I also have another incubator made by a different than manufacturer, and with that one I have a hatching success rate of 90% while this incubator is at 30-40% . I can not afford the cost of failure to hatch, this incubator produces, and although I am past the return days, I shall attempt to return it. Another fine product from People's Republic of Someplace!

I couldn't get even one egg to hatch. This is not my first incubator. I think the issue was been unable to keep the correct humidity.

Finally, Hands-Off Incubation That Actually Works!" "I hatch 100+ duck eggs seasonally, and constant monitoring used to drain me. This unit’s auto humidity control is genius – it refills the reservoir via external tubing (no opening the lid!), and the LED display alerts you if levels dip. The included egg trays securely fit mixed sizes (I tested chicken/duck/goose). After 28 days, 92% of eggs hatched versus my previous 70%. A must-have for busy homesteaders!
