I am in love with this patio furniture! I did not want to pay the high price of other name brand recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic, for example the brand Polywood. Now that HDPE is becoming more popular, other companies are making it at more competitive prices. I got this set at about half the price for what you would pay for similar set of other name brands. This patio set is same material as Polywood. Heavy, sturdy and surprisingly very comfortable. This particular set also came with some nice cushions (not too thick) and very well made. The cushions alone would cost a chunk of money, so very cool this set came with cushions. I specifically wanted furniture like this so I wouldn’t have to ever use cushions—I got sick of taking them in and out of house and storing when weather is bad or forgetting to bring them in and they get wet, covered in tree debris or bird poop. I wanted a set I could leave outside and never worry about it! No cushions, no wood to rot and have to be sanded and restained/painted or treated. I did not post pictures with the cushions because it’s pollen season, and I haven’t put them out yet (of course, I have had to wipe pollen off set as it’s heavy pollen this year). I will use the cushions since they came with the set, but when the cushions wear out, I won’t worry about cushions. I highly recommend this beautiful, inexpensive set. Usually, you get what you pay for; in this case, you are getting more! This is super high quality. You will have to put the set together. Comes in about 5-6 boxes. But everything was well marked for putting together. Took my husband about two hours to do it. I helped a little. :) Buy this set! You will love it!

We received the items very quickly. To be honest, we thought it was a little pricey, but comparative shopping told us it was not. This table and chairs and bench are very rugged. They match our deck well as we have a deck that is trex, and this is similar looking, except sturdier. I had no idea they were as heavy as they are. Each chair weighs approx. 30 pounds. Everything was very easy to put together. I recommend having a screw gun with the correct bit on it, and not use the small enclosed Allen wrench. It will take forever otherwise. But, using my impact screw gun each piece was very quick to put together and only needed minimum help. It looks great and we put it outside on the deck on a day that happened to have some heavy rain overnight, and not a problem. I swear this stuff will last for years, that’s how well built it is and sturdy the materials are. Now, for the customer support. This set comes in 4 boxes. Box 1/4 has the instructions and all the screws and tools to put it together. Unfortunately mine did not. I looked in every box to make sure I did not miss them, but there just weren’t any. I clicked on the “contact seller” in my Amazon order for this. Sent a message to the seller about the lack of instructions or hardware. They responded within 2 hours, sent me an electronic copy of the instructions, and sent me the hardware within a day or two. As far as customer support goes, it doesn’t get much better than that. I got the hardware within a couple of days and if I add up all the time it took me to build this set, it was just around an hour. For a table, 4 chairs and a bench. Not bad at all. I highly recommend this patio set. It may sound expensive but you are getting your monies worth. And lower quality similar sets locally were twice the price.

This is an update about 15 months after purchasing this patio set. DO NOT BUY!!!! The lag screws pull out of the plastic, rendering the chairs, completely useless and dangerous. Very poor engineering. The dining set is even better than I expected! It was easy to assemble - just allow a couple hours to unpack, assemble, and clean up! The furniture is solid. The sun, rain, and wind aren’t going to have much effect it seems. The cushions are a great touch. And the chairs are comfortable. It seems that this set should last a long time.

I took a risk and bought this product with zero reviews (I never do that on Amazon). But I was looking for this specific set - grey polywood with a large rectangular table, 4 chairs and a bench. This was the only seller of a set that size that was in stock and free shipping. So I crossed my fingers and ordered it. Set shipped quickly through Fed Ex and came in four boxes. Four extremely heavy boxes. I did not realize how much assembly would be required. It was a huge job. Get a helper and give yourself an entire afternoon to assemble. It’s not difficult assembly, instructions were clear, it was just a lot of screwing and the pieces are heavy! Set itself is great quality, just like Polywood or Trex. Looks beautiful. I did not realize it came with cushions when I ordered it, and the cushions are a surprisingly high quality. While not cheap, the price of this set is much lower than similar sets from other sellers. And the quality is at a comparable level. The only downfall is the high degree of assembly required, but worth it in the end for a really nice and durable product. For just a few hundred dollars more than a similar wood set, this looks like it will last for years and require little/no maintenance. I think I may be the first reviewer so I hope this helps!

I’ve had this set for just about a month. It is heavy and sturdy. The bench supports were misaligned & one chair frame screw hole was stripped. The company promptly sent out replacement parts. However with light use, other bolts were not staying in securely. See photos. My husband purchased hardware ($100+) to secure and stabilize the chairs. Overall I’m happy and we are using it but I would not recommend it’s purchase to anyone.

This is a fantastic patio set! Highly recommend. It will take some time to assemble everything but worth it for the price. This is just as good as any of the $3k+ sets they sell in stores. Heavy and very sturdy. The fabric has a very good water repellant, as well.
