I ordered this tv stand and it came within a timely manner BUT the 2 long pieces were cracked in half. I contacted the seller and at first they wanted to give me a partial refund but that did not assist with the fact that I really wanted the stand. After more communication, they were able to ship a new stand! I checked all pieces and they were fine although one of the long pieces has a nick in the front of the stand. Now to the assembly, the comments about poor instructions are very accurate. Be prepared to take things apart and redo due to lack of understanding. Also the directions suggest not using an electric screwdriver but it’s hard to get some of the screws in without one. Just be careful to avoid cracking. Assembling things is a hobby of mine so it’s not my first second or third rodeo but assembly time for this was about 4 hours because of the instructions. Final advice, pay attention to the holes on the long pieces, you want to make sure those are located on the back not the front! I really like the modern look of this cabinet and the price was really reasonable. Docked some stars due to frustrating assembly that could be easily resolved with clearer instructions. I’m not new to putting together furniture and generally don’t have any problems. I just assembled a whole mail order sectional sofa and corner desk just fine, so I thought this would be easy. Nope. I had to take apart and reassemble 2-3 times. First, they have two nearly identical pieces labeled as “1” and “7”. My fault for not looking more closely at the sticker and noticing the piece I thought was 1 was actually 7…but…..why do that to us?! The stickers are so small! Can you not label nearly identical parts with nearly identical stickers?! Second, pay very close attention to the direction of the unfinished edges. The directions don’t help here at all and neither do the pictures. I was nearly done putting the whole thing together when I realized that half the pieces had the unfinished edges facing the wrong way! I had to take everything apart and start over. Be very careful with screwing in the middle support legs. The particle board where one screwed in started falling apart after my attempt to disassemble and reassemble. But it’s cheap and it looks nice and now that it’s assembled I really like how it looks. I wouldn’t trust it to hold a large TV, luckily ours is mounted. ... show more

The entertainment center, unfortunately, lacks quality in both material and overall construction. Given that it's from a third-party company, returning the item was quite a hassle, and the customer service experience isn't very satisfying. My recommendation would be to explore your local furniture store options and be willing to spend a bit more for a better-quality product.
