Okay I am going to be honest here. I LOVE this heater. However... I did have one break after like two weeks of using and I had to have it replaced. So, first off the purchase of this heater was to replace a similar one of a different brand that broke on me after less than a year. Amazon's customer service was great and I was refunded, so I figured I would try a different brand. Well, two weeks into using, this one quit working too. I was bummed and frustrated because I had to deal with yet another replacement. The company reached out to me when they saw I was returning which I thought was nice on their part but I am little nervous this isn't going to last all that long, but, we will see! Overall I love the thing. Keeps me nice and warm in my garage while I work. I like that this one has two settings and a remote, my last one had neither for the same price. I would recommend this product for the price. Between Amazon and the company itself I would say the customer service is good so if anything does happen you should be covered. Hopefully my first one was just a lemon because it's been a couple months now and it's still working fine and I use it a lot.

Bought this brand new from Amazon. Left it in the box until I need it this winter. It does not work the light glasses blue green non stop. It has never been used or tipped over. Spent time on the phone with Amazon trying to troubleshoot still won't work. Told to contact the manufacturer. We will see where that goes. Disappointed. Even though this did not work the company honored the warranty and sent a new one.

When the Michigan winter recently hit, it brought some very cold weather with it and that makes the garage very cold to perform general tasks. I wanted something that is geared for the outdoors and would be a suitable fit for the garage. This item certainly fit the bill and for the price I think you get quite a bit for the money. What comes in the package is a stand, the heater, remote, and installation hardware. The instructions were not great outlining the install on the tripod, however, they were very clear for wall mounting this item. Bear in mind this item is an infrared heater, it gets warm very fast although there’s no fan to blow the air around. That being said it’ll take some time to heat up your space depending on how large of an area you’re covering. I really like the fact that this can be wall mounted or put on the tripod to move it around. You’ve got two heat settings along with a timer if you want it to run and shut off after a certain period of time. I’ll make note that the name badge on the unit is extremely sharp and cut my hand when I was wiping this down. It does a great job putting out heat even in the dead of winter. Overall I’m very pleased with this item and happy to have it as part of my equipment for the garage. Give it a try!

First off, this heater is FABULOUS!!! I’ve tried many “outdoor heaters” I’ve been mostly happy about. The problem was they would only heat one person. This one came right when the weather got into the teens here in Austin, Tx🤠 and it easily heats 3 people from 3-4 feet away so we were toasty when we sat outside. Now the reason I took off a star and almost 2. I’ve had to order this twice now. The first time they didn’t send any hardware. So I called and they said they would just send me a whole new unit. (I’m supposed to return the one they replaced it with but I don’t know how. It doesn’t give me the option on my order. So I gotta figure that out now🤔🤷🏻♀️) Which took a week to get so I had to rig it to stay in place to work correctly while I waited for the parts. If it’s not at a certain angle, it won’t turn on. So I waited, finally got the parts yesterday and today I opened the box. There’s hardware in the box, but it’s not the right hardware!🫤 Now I have to call again and figure this out! I’m frustrated I have to do it again and worried I’ll go through all this and not get the right parts again. Which at that point, I’ll just go buy my own but I shouldn’t have to. It’s a waste of my time. In fact I’m going back to take the 2nd star away! Writing this has made me realize the hassle it really is. Again though, I am VERY satisfied with the machine itself and highly recommend it with the right parts. *First pic are the parts I was supposed to receive. Second pic is of the parts I received.

Winter is coming and we haven’t been able to stay out in our backyard as long as we wanted. My wife really enjoy our outdoor so I got this to make the area more comfortable and allow her to stay outdoor longer. The heater works really well and radiates the heat downward toward our seating area. The height can be adjusted at 3 main levels. The tripod it came with is pretty sturdy. The rods are thick and seems durable. It did require some assembly but it wasn’t too bad. It took me about 10 minutes to put together. You’ll have to screw the bounding mount on the light and the tripod. There’s also an option to mount it on the wall, but I found the tripod to be better since we can move it close or far away to optimize. The remote is pretty simple, just two heating level and a power button. Overall my wife loves it and has been using it for a few hours every evening to wind down from work.

I bought this for my husband to use at work. There's a huge stockroom that he works in for part of the day and it is so hard to heat. This is the perfect solution. It heats up the room really quickly and it actually looks really cool. It comes with a tripod stand, but he chose to mount it on the wall instead. It's super easy to install and use. The remote is handy because he doesn't have to cross the room to adjust it. It seems sturdy and durable. The best part is that it saves so much space. Before this one, he used 3 tower fan/heaters positioned around the room. This out preforms all three and doesn't take up any floor space.

This heater is easy to put together, the tripod folds out quickly, and the brackets attach easily to the heater. Attach the heater to the tripod, plugged it in, and turned it on in heat. I love the two different heat settings, low and high. While working outside, I was able to takeoff my jacket in 40° weather because it was so warm. the tripod feels very sturdy and does not move. Well-made for the price. I highly recommend.
