Really good quality, non-stick pan that functions really well. The pot is not heavy but feels solidly thick. Works perfectly on my induction cooktop. Heats up super fast and cooks evenly. The colors are matte (not shiny) and tasteful...I got the blue one and really like it. Nothing sticks in this pot and nothing stains it. The handle stays nice and cool and the built-in spoon rest shows they really put some thought into the design. Definitely a hand wash item and you're gonna want to ensure you use the included wooden spoon (or a silicone utensil) to prevent damaging the ceramic coating.

I only have great things to say about this pot. It works great on my induction burner. It doesn't heat as fast as a stainless steel pot (I've tested both and this pot needs an extra 30-50% more time to heat in general) BUT it cools down much faster and is also much lighter. All in all, it is the perfect pot to boil my herbal Traditional Chinese Medicine concoctions which can't be in contact with metal. I have used it for about a month now almost everyday. I hope the ceramic coating inside sticks for a long time. Will update the review if it doesn't.

This is a beautiful pan and really high quality. The non-stick is soooo nice - Nothing ever sticks to it and it makes it super easy to clean. I actually like keeping these pans out displayed on my stovetop because they have such a nice look to them.

So far so good! The pans not only look great but the truly are nonstick. The pans feel good in your hand. The only negative is that the tops feel very light. Have not used the baking pans yet but overall the Mrs. is very pleased. Happy wife happy life!
