This is a great heater. The whole process, from ordering to delivery to set-up was a breeze. The heater came pretty much assembled and packed nicely (although, one door had a corner cracked off, but fixed that with super-glue). We just had to tighten some screws, hold the glass panels in place & put the top on. It's a unique design; looks like a popcorn machine you'd find at a bar! Instructions state you need a 5 ft. clearance above, but we've used it under our deck with a 2.5 ft. clearance with no issues, so far. We're keeping an eye on that, though, as we don't want to melt our PVC ceiling we just had installed under the deck.

It’s so difficult to put together. And I’ve put together an IKEA closet system so I’m no amateur. I wanted to throw this thing away but my bf stepped in and 4 hours later, it works and it’s nice now.

Arrived broken. I ordered two. They were both chipped and broken. I reported the damage and got no response. Very expensive. Can’t use can’t take to return too heavy.
