For the price this bench is incredible. I can do EVERYTHING I could do on a bench at the gym with it. It is strong, durable, and easily adjustable. With the leg bars you can easily work the entire body. The ONLY issue I have had is when doing unilateral preacher curls I have to keep a foot in front of the base or it slides on me, but it is lightweight and foldable and has a weight limit of over 800 pounds. Highly recommend this bench if you are starting out, have a small apartment, or just want to cut the gym membership out of your monthly spending!

Overall, I really like this bench. It’s sturdy, easy to adjust, and doesn’t take up much space — perfect for a small home gym. The frame feels solid, and it stays stable even when I do incline presses or dumbbell rows. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the backrest is a little firm for my taste. Not uncomfortable, just could use a bit more padding. Other than that, it’s a great piece of equipment for the price, and it definitely makes my workouts easier to do at home.

Honestly, this bench offers a fantastic value. It has enough notches to go from full 90* vertical to negative slope, so exercises like reverse inclines are doable. The padding is dense enough that I don't have any issues with comfort or feeling the backing pressing against my bones. Size is a little narrow, but not enough to be problematic. Fit and finish looks great and after a month of use 3-4 times per week I haven't noticed any defects or problems. The best part for me is that I can fold it in half and store it under the bed which is great to get it out of the way in our guest bedroom. Overall for $50 I don't thing you'll find a better value. I don't know that I'd be benching 4 plates on it, but for the casual user this is a fantastic value bench.

Actually better than I was expecting. Easy to put together, with tools supplied. Seems sturdy. First wirkout and zero problems. Not recommended for heavier weights, but worked fine for cable work and dumbells. Pad is hard, but well made. Price was excellent and shipping was fast.

So to start off i was generally a big fan of this incline bench, had it for several months and it always performed great. Felt sturdy and easy to adjust. I weigh 168 so not that heavy by any means, and do pure dumbbell lifting on this. Unfortunately today mid workout, it has proven to me that the build is not as sturdy as i first thought, thank god i was only doing a light lateral raise and not doing a bench press so i was not harmed and had full control of my dumbbells when the hinge gave way and it fell down. If i had been doing a heavy set and near failure this really could have caused some damage. It pains me to say that this is a pure build quality failure as the metal warped from the lock pin seeming to have broken on me and being half in as it no longer locked into the hinge at some point. I was on the point of lowering my bench lateral raise when the bottom part of the bench bent and fell to the floor, i was able to brace myself as the dumbbells were only 25 lbs and light enough to control as i fell and slightly slid down. If i had been doing a heavy set this could have been much worse, so i have to leave this review for anyone using this bench set, ALWAYS check your lock pins before your workouts, i admit i should have done this, but i got comfortable with the bench and trusted it to be safe and not have such an issue. This bench is generally great but those lock pins being able to break on the ball spring part so easily with me only being 168 with two 30 lb dumbbells is a huge flaw, it warped the metal from the legs to the bottom part and i had to hammer it back into place to get the pin to fit again. It's all i got for now and i gotta continue with it until i can find a good replacement. If you cam figure out a more durable method for those lock pins this bench would be a 10/10 but with that current flaw and a now warped and potentially unsafe incline bench from that flaw i have to give this only 2 stars. Get better lock in pins, cause that push ball with a spring inside is not durable enough it appears. This is a bummer as this bench really helped me out at such a great price. Hopefully i just got a defective lock pin and this doesn't happen to anyone else.
