This product is very light and compact to carry around and can be easily folded and stored anywhere at home. One can change the seating arrangement to whatever exercise you decide to do on your own time. You can leave it flat and do some bench presses or even crunches. Or pull the back part up into and you can do your routine while watching tv like on a chair. Even your kids will enjoy this equipment just buy sitting on it. I personally love the idea of working out at home as it’s more convenient! This weight bench allows my husband and I to do all the exercises we need to focus on different muscles. It was very easy to assemble. It is very sturdy. The bench can hold a large amount of weight - 880 pounds. My husband and I will both sit on it when resting. It has a heavy duty steel tube frame. There are several different adjustments that can be made for different workouts. There are 7 back levels, it can lie completely flat and incline up to a 90 degree angle and also decline. The bench is cushioned which I love. The material is durable and made of high quality faux leather. It is sweat proof and can easily be wiped clean. It gives me great support. ... show more

I really like this bench. It came packaged well, in perfect condition, and super easy to put together. It seems sturdy so far and is super light weight, which I think causes it to wobble just a little bit (but I am using it on carpet). Hopefully it will last a long time. I am a little disappointed you can't adjust the back to sit all the way up (90 degree angle), but I'll make it work. For the price I'm very satisfied. ... show more

I'm really happy that I purchased this. This fits my needs, as I didn't need nor could fit a full purpose weight bench in my bedroom. Easy assembly. Fits perfectly in my limited space and folds up in the corner when I'm done. For safety reasons, I DO NOT recommend using on carpet BUT I am doing so and feel it's safe enough for the lighter workouts I'm doing. Anything involving heavy weights, I would recommend putting floor padding underneath. Built of strong material and the base is solid and wide enough that even when I tested it by rocking back and forth, it would not tip over. The padding is pretty comfortable. The locking pins are an added safety measure. Some criticisms would be that the leg locks are kinda uncomfortable and non adjustable. Also, the locking mechanism for the bench incline could be better. Just make sure it's really locked in before your workout. This is the best option in weight benches that fit my needs for quality, space, safety and price. Highly recommend. ... show more

    • Basic workout bench that fulfills your home workout needs
I enjoy using this workout bench! Although it is pretty basic, it fulfills my needs and it doesn't take too much space in my home and it is fairly easy to assemble. Overall, it was a good purchase!
