Really easy to assemble and felt like good quality! It also was pretty simple to fold but I don't see a good scenario for that. I liked the adjustable heights for the bench and overall felt like a good addition to the home gym.

Having adjustable dumbbells led me to start pricing these. I needed something simple and affordable as it will sit outside most of the time. The cushion seems decent. The base is solid and there are safety bolts added. I will say the leg holders with the pads on them are probably smaller for larger folks with big legs but i am not using this for that purpose. It is easy to adjust and locks into a hook on the back like old school benches when you adjust incline. PLEASE NOTE if you are new to gym equipment or had a different bench please test to make sure you have the inclined bench secure with the hook on the base before you sit back down with weight. SUMMARY: This is not the fancy high end brand but If you need something that is simple and solid this is and excellent functional piece to add to your home gym.

It has been a fantastic addition to my home gym, and I’ve never had a single problem with it in over two years of use. Why it’s been a great investment: True Long-Term Durability: Even with consistent use for full-body workouts, the frame remains sturdy and hasn't developed any wobbles. Easy to Adjust: Switching between incline, flat, and decline positions is still smooth. It’s perfect for hitting different muscle groups during a single session. Comfortable Padding: The cushioning has held its shape well and hasn't flattened out or cracked after years of lifting. Compact & Reliable: It doesn't take up much space, making it ideal for a home setup, but it still feels solid enough for heavy bench presses. If you're looking for a budget-friendly bench that actually lasts, this is it. It’s held up perfectly for me since 2023!

Great little bench, sturdy and reliable. The gap between the seat and adjustable back is pretty large on full decline, but nothing a rolled up towel won't solve. It is a little creaky as well, but overall solid and a good buy
