This has been a great purchase. I’ve had nothing but good things to say in communication with OmTech. I haven’t had to communicate about any problems. I actually call them before I bought it just to see if I could talk to someone in the different departments and they were very responsive everything. went together great Was sure to align all mirrors and double check before trying to cut anything and it is worked flawlessly I added a external fan and air assist upgrade. Here is an example of a box that I made.

We got this 100w laser from omtech and we were able to put in our deciated workshop room in our house and so far the laser has been working great. We were able to cut hardwoods up to 3/16" and do inlays and engravings with ease. The LightBurn software is a great professional tool to design anything with. It really is a complete software. The laser is not perfectly insulated, it does leak a little smoke, we did hope the air system would suck out all the smoke out of the room but we understand that this is not a machine to put in a house but we do believe we can put a more powerful fan to suck the air better. Regardless, it is a great and powerful machine with many possibilities and we have been using it greatly in our workshop.
