I've been using the xTool M2 with the 10W laser module for a while now, and it's honestly been one of the best purchases I've made for my shop. It's easy to learn, reliable, and puts out great results. The camera system makes lining up projects really simple, which saves a lot of time and wasted materials. I've engraved and cut wood, acrylic, leather, cardstock, slate, and even some stainless steel with marking spray, and everything has turned out clean and consistent. The 10W module has been plenty powerful for what I make. It cuts through most of the materials I use without any issues and leaves nice, clean edges. I looked at the 20W version, but for my projects, the 10W has been more than enough. One thing I really like is that the machine can grow with you. There are different accessories and upgrades available, so you don't feel like you'll outgrow it right away. If I had one complaint, it's that you'll spend a little time dialing in settings for different materials. Once you save your settings, though, it's smooth sailing after that. Overall, I've been really happy with the xTool M2. It's been dependable, easy to use, and has helped me make products I'm proud to sell. If you're thinking about getting one for crafting or a small business, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Be prepared when you purchase this machine to get sent the wrong bundle I spent a large amount of money for the deluxe bundle and X tool sent me the basic bundle after several emails back-and-forth. They agreed to send me the replacement parts that were missing with my bundle it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received the replacement parts. I will be returning for a full refund.

xTool M2 is an amazing laser machine. It is literally plugged and play. The value for the money exceeded my expectations. Size wise it was a little bigger than I anticipated. It has been running all day without any problems so I would say the durability is fantastic.
